I just came from there. The facility was clean. Dr. Jaffe answered all my questions. She gave me extra time because a patient canceled. If there was pain, she would stop. It’s pretty secluded up there, but it’s worth it. They’re also in Freeport so you can always go there, too. But overall, a great experience.

Just received a discharge letter from this clinic claiming my son missed many appointments and has not been following the care plan that was recommended. We were there about 4 times last year. There were an additional 2 appointments that had been canceled well in advance and not missed. Not really sure how they can claim he didn't follow their treatment plan considering he has several medical and congenital conditions and is under the care of numerous specialists, Very disappointed and disheartened to see how the disabled are treated by this organization. Steer clear!
