Services
Dr. Jonathan Freed earned his Bachelor of Science in human biology and medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1990. Dr. Freed spent the next six years training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Freed is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Freed has received various awards for his community service and has participated in multiple volunteer projects overseas. He has performed plastic surgery mission work in both India and Africa. Dr. Freed is involved with an organization called Here4Them, a faith-based ministry that provides medical and humanitarian services for people in Ethiopia.
Liposuction, sometimes referred to as "lipo" by our patients, is a procedure that slims and reshapes specific areas of the body by removing excess fat deposits. This is a great option for those that have tried to lose weight with exercise and diet but are not able to. You can often thank heredity for that.
A tummy tuck, also known as an abdominoplasty, removes excess fat and skin in the midsection and, in most cases, restores weakened or separated muscles creating a smoother and firmer appearance. Liposuction is often used as well to create a more sculpted abdomen.
While liposuction is an effective choice for many patients when it comes to removing fat in the abdomen, some may need a more aggressive approach in order to achieve the results they desire.A tummy tuck is more invasive than liposuction. Excess abdominal skin is removed and the abdominal muscles are tightened, which is usually necessary for women that have had multiple children or lost a significant amount of weight.

Dr Freed has completed 6 surgeries for me and I was more than pleased. Some were necessary and some were just for my vanity. But regardless of the reason, his kind, gentle understanding of what I wanted (or needed) to be done was amazing. The final results are beyond even my highest expectations. On a couple of surgeries I had a hiccup or two and he was always available within minutes (even on his days off) to fix the issue. His staff is warm and caring and beyond efficient. I had an abdominoplasty in 2019. It was one of the greatest things I have done for myself after losing the 45lbs. Dr. Freed and staff were so incredibly amazing. My abdomen looks better than ever. I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Freed in August of 2020. I am 3 months post-op and I could not be happier! Dr Freed is so wonderful and caring, and a perfectionist! And his staff couldn't be sweeter! What a caring doctor. After a face lift and now Breast reduction surgery after Cancer I can truly says he was wonderful. Both surgeries went well and I couldn't be happier.
