Just switched Auto insurance companies today, Danielle Goodwin was the liscened associate that helped me. She was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. State Farm refusing to cover damages their driver caused to my vehicle and then has the audacity to suggest it was prior damage. Big business doing what it can to skirt their responsibilities. We enjoy having one agent taking care of all of our insurance needs. Courtney, our agent keeps track of our policies, reviews them periodically and make changes along with us. She's quick to answer any questions, always attentive and most of all she's knowledgeable with the up to date policy changes. We never have to listen to long automatic pre-recorded messages and press 1 for this policy and 2 for another and so on.
