I’m 2017 when we built our home, I gave FLB the opportunity to write us a policy. We were in a networking group together. The policy that he wrote after allowing a family member to review it was significantly more (premium) than the one she was able to have us quoted for by brightway insurance — with slightly better coverage and . The opportunity was his businesses to lose. Based on this email conversation below I believe his expectation is to be provided “Blind Loyalty” without respect for what’s best for our pocket.

While talking to Frank one day about how my irrigation pump was on the fritz and my central AC was not far behind he informed me that I may have an equipment rider on my policy. Sure enough I did which I wasn't even aware of. The rider covered a large portion for both to be replaced. At the time my policy was handled by a different agent. I very quickly chose Frank to handle my policy from then on out. He is extremely informative and truly is an expert in his field.
