I had gone with another insurance Company/Agent and 2 wks prior to settlement found out the agent terminated, couldn't reach or get a return call from the replacement. I contacted Omni One and spoke with Carsten. He was fabulous. Worked with me to obtain my condo insurance and provide all documentation to my mortgage company in record time.
