They yell at me and are rude to me even though I have never raised my voice or said anything disrespectful to them this place never answers emails or calls I must call at least 5 times when they don’t send the link for my appointment and they don’t answer any I went 1 month with no refills on my most important medication even a 1 star is too high for this place

Dr J is kind, very knowledgeable, she takes time to educate and is a life long learner herself. As a colleague and student I was impressed with how she is able to care for very complex patients. I highly recommend.

I have to say that the staff and clinical providers are professional and dedicated in what they do to help their patients. The office setting was very eclectic and warm. I felt very comfortable and was very impressed with their organization and commitment to patient safety. As a former patient I was given a counselor who abruptly left to take another job with minimal notice. When I contacted beautiful minds to find out what I was supposed to do now that my counselor Jack was no longer employed there they told me I'd be receiving a video chat from my new counselor. I was not given the name of the new counselor and when it came time for my appointments there's nobody calling me. I've left over half a dozen messages and I have not received a call back . I was referred to this company by my insurance company Commonwealth Care alliance . I was going there to receive medication
