Our goal is to boost self esteem, and build loco-motor skills, along with kinesthetic awareness through basic athletic fundamentals. We offer a variety of classes designed for children of all ages, abilities and experience levels, including those with special needs. Our experienced staff ensures that all activities are appropriate and safe for each class level.

During the school year, our After School Program is held Monday through Friday from the time your child arrives after school until 6:30pm.

Services
LOCO Gymnastics' After School Program is designed to offer a positive environment where children can do homework, exercise, and socialize with their peers. Children will be picked up after school by the our Staff and transported to our facility. Snacks are provided for every child. Children will have homework time in a quiet setting with a supervising instructor.
We offer a variety of classes ranging from preschool to Competition Team and everything in between! We are proud to offer smaller class sizes and lower student to teacher's ratios than most area gymnastics centers with the safety of our gymnasts in mind. Our introductory classes place a strong emphasis on focus, agility, kinetics and self confidence.
Birthday parties for boys and girls between the ages of 3 - 15. Take full advantage of our facility including games, obstacle courses, trampolines, and much more! Each party includes one hour in the gym for fun and games, and a half hour in one of our party rooms for children to enjoy cake, ice cream and open presents.
Take a break, Kid-free! Join us for our monthly Parent's Night Out events and have peace of mind knowing that our talented staff have a night of games, projects, activities and FUN planned for them in a safe environment full of familiar faces. You don't have to be enrolled at LOCO to take advantage of this event either!

Give my daughter a heart. It is not only place to the fancy N cute like others Mine feels love and warmth. She is happy to go to the gym. Loco do the best for my daughter that I can see in my daughter. We knew it that she is enjoying her life in there for one and half years. My daughter explained me how and why Owner Winter is serious about Gymnastics! 8 years old girl, haha! They taught her a good life attitude. Recently my daughter started practice ever harder at every where and more respectable to learn. They got her absolutely.

Great place! Small classes, personal attention! My daughter attends gymnastics classes here, and absolutely loves it. Coach David is awesome and very knowledgeable. Her progress in just a couple of months has been astounding. They make it fun for her to learn, and she's constantly practicing at home as well. Love that they also offer afterschool classes with pickup from school, we totally signed up!

This gym is unlike any other in the northern Virginia area. To start off, the facility is clean and organized. Many other gyms I have been to seem cluttered with mats and all around unclean. The facility is also equipped with AC so in the summer the gymnasts stay nice and cool. However, the best part of this gym is the coaching staff. The coaches and owners are wonderful! They really show an interest in every child and know exactly what style of coaching each gymnast needs in order to grow as an athlete and an individual. They instill a love of gymnastics into each child, teach discipline, structure
