I was a resident here, Linda was my apartment manager. When I spoke to her on the phone she was very nice. But it was almost impossible to get a hold of her on the phone, she did not have an office that I could visit and she rarely responded to emails. We had cockroaches the whole year we lived there and it was never taken care of.
It is cheap housing but not even worth the price.
