As seniors we recognize that prices go up on rent. What they don,t tell you is that the rent is determined by the taxes in wake forest and that your rent may jump up to $25 dollars. The move in price has jumped from 850 to 1050 in 3 yrs time and the people who are living here at present the rent is jumping up from $912 to $942 in a year. They don’t tell you the price hike until 30-60 days before you sign a new lease which does not give seniors without transportation or family to find anything that might be cheaper. Most seniors live on a fixed income so if your income is fixed this may not be
