This contractor turned out to be a disaster. I had a major plumbing leak that ruined the flooring and damaged the drywall in my house. I had two other plumbers come out and was advised that cutting into the foundation and putting fittings into the foundation was a bad idea and contrary to best practices. I then decided to allow Austin Elite… Construction to work on the issue and put down a $1000 deposit for the work. After being told of the previous inspection and warnings Austin Elite Construction and specifically, Joel Valladares decided to disregard this and proceed to cut into my foundation
