Could hardly have cared about our case. Provided him with detailed documentation concerning damages to our house when we turned it over to North Shore iTrip vacations to rent out for 2 years. From what I can tell, the documentation wasn't reviewed and no actions were ever taken after 4 weeks after the information was presented. After about 2 months of no action, we sent an email terminating his services....never a response. Of course, a bill arrived a few weeks later. Thanks....
