Breathwork is a simple, slow breathing exercise used to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health. This unconventional, yet effective approach to treatment may seem out there to some, but offers benefits such as creating a new perspective and developing better thought patterns. Similar to Salt Water Therapy, breathwork therapy allows the client to slow down.

This place honestly saved my life. The tecs all the way up to upper management genuinely care about YOUR well being. The chefs are amazing. Houses are always clean, there is a maid that does the cleaning of everything. But what I got most out of that program was seeing how much they poured there heart into me in all the groups and even the nursing staff as well.
