I have had bad luck with alterations many times before. But the folks at Quality Custom Tailors know their stuff. They were recommended to me by a colleague's father. I got a couple of suits and some jackets fixed and Carlos and his team did a great job. It did take them a couple of tries but they were willing to do whatever it was needed to get the garments fit perfectly.

So I want to start off by saying we are all human and they did make the situation right. But they still ruined my bridesmaid dress two weeks before the wedding so I probably will not be back. I took the dress, a satin silk dress, to get hemmed because it was too long and since that is a pretty simple job so I didn’t expect any issues. When I went to pick up my dress there was a run at the bottom of the dress and several stains on the dress. What I think happened is that they tried to press the dress and didn’t put anything under the press to protect the satin material and ruined it completely

I office next door to quality custom tailors, and visited in a pinch when needing a quick stitch on my pants. Carlos was able to help me quickly- even amidst the moving crews coming in and out (they are relocating to another suite in the building), and with a reasonable price to boot. Will certainly refer others.

I discovered at the very last minute that my tux vest was missing a button with the black tie event that night. Calling at the very last minute, they told me they could do it- I was in and out in 5 minutes and they didn't charge me for anything. So so so kind and would recommend to anyone. The place is super clean and they're all so nice!

I've been going to Carlos and Alberto for years but the service has steadily declined. It seems the vast majority of my last few experiences have resulted in me having to go back because the clothes weren't properly tailored the first time. I just picked up six polo shirts that were getting re-altered because they weren't adjusted properly the first time. They charged me again too because they said they only did the sleeves and body the first time, I asked well why didn't they measure properly the first time and I got no answer. I spent $470 to alter 6 polo shirts and 2 pairs

I asked Alberto over at Quality Custom Tailors to make a custom vest-tie combination for my upcoming wedding to match my fiancées reception outfit and he came through like a champ. Both article were made with quality stitching and fit perfectly the first time around. I will most definitely go back to Alberto for my custom tailoring needs.
