Widad is simply amazing. She definitely knows her craft. I couldn’t fit into my dress anymore after my wedding was postponed for 15 months. I couldn’t even sit in it. I was out of options after calling other places but when I called Widad, she calmed me down and was willing to work to see how she could help me. On my first visit she gave me an excellent solution, I was nervous but her confidence reassured me. She also has the best personality, funny and charming. She worked her magic and my dress fit exactly how it did when I first got it. 10/10 would always recommend.

Widad accommodated my last minute request to meet with her. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to get my dress altered months before the wedding. I contacted Widad 2 weeks before my wedding and I needed alteration for my dress and my mom's dress.
When she agreed to alter our dresses, she explained why she charges the way she does. It was nice to hear in detail why some areas of my dress needed work and why some didn't need any work. She also explained the process of having multiple fittings. I love how straightforward she is. When I came in for my second fitting, she was done with my mom's dress

Widad is very friendly and helpful. I went for an estimate and she told me all the prices of the various alterations I needed and the different bustle options for my dress. She pinned the back of the dress up in the different ways and took pictures for me. She also told me about how to make the bustle solve a problem that would have cost several hundred dollars to fix (i.e., needing to hum several layers of skirt because the sides of the dress were too long). She could have insisted that the alteration had to be done and pocketed the money, but she was honest with me. I really appreciated it and

When I came to Widad’s with my oversized dress, I was out of hope for the dress and assumed I had to start over with a new one. It was gapping in the front, and because of the low back, there was virtually nowhere to take material from. She is a magician, and by adding cups, a sheer material backing, and taking the little material available, she made it fit like a glove! She also did it for the most competitive price I found. She is a true professional, personable, and takes the time to hear out all of your concerns. Thank you!

I took my dress to another alteration place that supposedly was 5 stars...(read my review on Beautiful U Bridal).....turns out they are not. After picking up my dress from the butcher shop I brought it to Widad and let me tell you...... I LOVE HER. You can tell she loves what she does. She doesn't sugar coat anything and works magic. She fixed and altered my wedding dress to perfection. I almost had a mild heart attack at her price, but realized I would have spent much more on buying a new wedding dress if she wasn't able to fix mine and she is well worth every penny. Do not go anywhere else!!! WIDAD IS AMAZING!!! She cares about YOU, your happiness, and your dress. She does such incredible work and her only goal is to make you as happy as possible. It was obvious that I was not just a way to make money for her. This is her passion, and she really cares about her brides. I originally went to another alterations shop, but they ended up almost ruining my dress in several places and told me they could not fix other issues.
