Taxi San Jose

Got a cab for my costumer , he lives 9 miles away and made a deal to go to his house and back for $80 , with the cab driver . He went in his house for 2 minutes came out and the cab was gone. $80 dollars for $2 dollars worth of fuel ⛽️ . That’s why people will rather use Uber and Lyft . Because of people like this . No traffic on a Saturday 7:30 pm .

He was mean and inconsiderate. He talked with another taxi driver through his window on my fare. First, he accused me of not being able to pay him then demanded I show him money. He over charged me. $15 driving across the Safeway parking lot and across the street when I asked him to let me out right there across from the Safeway parking lot since I saw how much he was charging me. I've never been ripped off by a taxi driver before.

The drivers are pleasant and professional, they get you to your destination quickly with the most direct route possible. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

Driver wanted to drop off on opposite side and asking me to cross over to departure since he said he needed to pickup his next ride on this side... That was not acceptable

I had a time crunch tonight a day thankfully called this business. Driver was prompt, courteous and imposed a reasonable fee for my trip. I will easily recommend them for future ride sharing experiences.

I called Taxi San Jose when another company ghosted me on an airport ride. The ?dispatcher? said he could get a cab to me in 10-15 minutes,. Sure enough, ten minutes later I was on my way. The driver (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was great and had me at the airport super quick. Taxi San Jose really saved the day for me.

Taxi San Jose is doing excellent job. Cab showed up on time and dispatcher was quite friendly and even gave me fare estimate for my trip upfront. Taxi was very clean and nice too. Frankly talking fare was bit higher than uber but they got me to airport on time and they provided me fare estimate upfront which was good. Overall satisfying service.

If I could make this a -1 Star, I would. My girlfriend was really sick, and I called because we needed an immediate ride home, where I could care for her. I explained that over the phone before they sent the taxi over. They told me no worries, and everything seemed to be going smoothly, until the taxi arrived. I waved them down, once they saw that she was sick, (as I had mentioned before on the phone), and they told me, "no way", and drove away from us. I called the company back, and they said they wouldn't pick us up if one of us was sick. I was and still am furious. People rely

I had a very good experience late last night with my one cab driver name Maddy Singh. My ride could of been smoother without him asking me so many questions but still very nice. Just wish the prices didn't have to be so sky high😑
P.S. put the phone down when driving on the road. I wouldn't want you to cause a crash.

This taxi company has excellent service in the Bay Area. When ever I need a taxi I always give this cab company a call and they are always on time. This taxi company rocks. Keep up the good work guys. I will always call these guys.

Used them first time last week, my company booked my ride for airport and at last minute someone called from some limo service and told me their limo broke down. I was shocked and brain dead. Next thing jumped on google and got taxi San Jose contact and called them. Dispatcher was friendly, she understood my situation and found closest taxi to my location. Taxi cab was right in front of me in 7 minutes as she told me. I was able to make it on time, even driver was very helpful and told me to pay later cause I was running late

Wish I had read the review...I made a reservation and got a confirmation, useless!!! The morning of my reservation, NOTHING! I waited 15 minutes and then called, I needed to make 2 subsequent calls and was told twice be there in 5 minutes, RIGHT! After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I called and asked where the cab was, told them forget it and drove myself to the airport! STAY AWAY!

I made a reservation online. I got a confirmation. I waited ten minutes after they were supposed to pick me up and then I called. They asked me: Do you need a cab? Really? Really? I had to wait until the driver called me and said he would come in three minutes... He came, but never again!

Horrible service!!!! They never showed up, and when I called, the guy in the phone(that doesn't speak English properly, and it's so hard to understand him) was incredibly rude and yelled at me for not answering my phone, which I had at all times and never rang.
So disappointed.
