Services
We provide service to and from the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) as well as service to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK). If you would specifically like for us to pick you up from SJC, SFO or OAK that can be done on a prearranged basis.

WOW! If I could give a ZERO to these people, I would.
I just called them (a moment ago) to arrange for a 4:00am pickup to take me to SJ airport.
The person who answered the phone literally LAUGHED AT ME and dismissively said, "4 am??!! Really??" I was silent, waiting for some type of acknowledgment from them that they were just joking. Nothing. I then said, " Uhhh...that's your answer? Look, i
f you don't want my business, I can go to another taxi service."
The reply?
"Fine. Go ahead."
Imagine my shock.
I hung up.

My driver picked me up 5 min. early (I like that!) and drove me to the PAMF Surgi Center in Mountain View for a 6:30 am check in time for surgery. When I came out of surgery, one of the nurses asked me where my keys are an then she laid them on my bed. I had left them in the cab and my great driver drove them back and dropped them off at the Surgi Center. I don't know his name, but I am SO GRATEFUL for what he did. Otherwise I would have needed a locksmith to open my house after having foot/ankle surgery. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My cab was supposed to arrive at 5:00, instead i got a call at 5 saying the cab had broken down and they had called a yellow cab for me. There was no estimated time of arrival. So I had to have my wife drop me to the airport so I could make my flight.
I would highly recommend not using this Cab company. The only reason I gave it one star was because yelp does not allow zero stars.

Who writes a review for a cab company? This girl. When you get top-notch service, it's only fair to share a great review to a deserving company, while helping other travelers find a reliable mode of transportation.
They seem to have a system that recognizes the phone #, so they know who they're speaking with. I think it's great since they have my address, they know my preferences (I like to get a call 10 min before they arrive), and they even have a back-up plan in place if their driver can't make it for some reason.

Lately I've been traveling pretty frequently for work and United Cab is my go to service for their promptness, politeness and overall wonderfully pleasant experience.Just recently Margie let me know that my cab would be running late. Instead of making me wait for another cab she actually called another company to make sure I'd get to the airport on time. Now that my friends is amazing service. I will always be a loyal united cab customer. Thanks Margie!

Cab ended up being around 15 min late because they had trouble following the instructions given on how to call in at the entrance gate.
The dispatcher called my cell phone to let me know the driver was having trouble finding the address. Rather than help smooth the problem over by having the driver call my cell directly, there was a bit of back & forth with the dispatcher being the middle man. Finally, she said the driver would call me directly, but even then the driver didn't call for several minutes, which stressed me out about things already running late.

Awesome experience! I booked a 4:30 am pickup at my company's office to go to SJC. The dispatcher was super friendly (and a bit flirtatious). The driver arrived 7 minutes early but told me to take my time. The dispatcher (or someone) had left very specific instructions regarding local landmarks (e.g., a statue near the spot where I said I'd be waiting), to make it as easy for the driver to find me as possible.
After I got in, he voluntarily refrained from starting the meter until we got out of the parking lot and onto the main road. The cab was very clean and outfitted with the latest

* Booking: great experience. The person who picks up the phone is a lady who speaks English natively. She only asks for minimal information (phone number, time and place of pickup). By contrast, Lucky7 never had an actual person answer the phone - I called 3 times at different times of the day and got Padam Raghav's voice mail.

This was the first time I got a cab in California. I was a little scared because of most of the reviews for other cab companies. I guess I chose to give United Cab a try since it was one of the few cab companies that had five star reviews on yelp. So I called, and even though I live in Fremont, they came to pick me up on time, actually even earlier. They sent a female driver as I told them that I was scared, that this was the first time I'm getting a cab, etc. If you are looking for a reliable cab company, try calling United Cab! :)
