Was our first time at this dentist. Our 3 year old has been to dentist before but this was her first official cleaning and she did perfect! It was super easy, the assistant was super friendly and nice and did so well with our little girl. Our 16 month had been to the dentist 1x before and so she just had a super quick brush with the dentist and she was perfect for it, even though she kinda fights us at home lol.

We had a great first visit at Kidtastic Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics! The team was super friendly, fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I have 4 kids and they were all seen at the same time, which would normally be chaos, but the visit went very smoothly. The kids all had a great experience from age 14 to age 3 and I love that I can get the orthodontic care in the same place. The check out process was easy and clear. I highly recommend Kidtastic!

We always have a great experience at Kidtastic Dental. My son has autism, and Dr. Charlie Brown has been exceptional in how he addresses my son’s care. Dr. Brown has experience in working with children on the spectrum.

Our child is autistic and was very apprehensive to have dental work done. He was crying and ready to leave. Dr. Brown was able to calm him down. He then explained everything they would be doing in such a calming manner that my child agreed to go ahead with the procedure. Dr Brown and his assistant were great..they continued to calm him and reason with him the entire time during his procedure. He was so happy and said it was his best day ever at the dentist. Thank you Dr Brown and staff. I would definitely recommend him and the office to anyone searching for a CARING pediatric dentist.

We were referred to Kidtastic by our pediatrician. We wanted to check to make sure our son did not have a tongue tie and we were already scheduled elsewhere when our pediatrician recommended Charlie Brown from Kidtastic. So far, all of the referrals from our pediatrician had been amazing so we rescheduled our appointment and thank goodness we did. We were so impressed by the entire experience. I was able to make an appointment, easily over the phone and upon arrival parking was plentiful in the plaza lot. Update- Michelle took wonderful care of my son's situation and scheduled him and made sure she was there at the appointment time.. Dr. Chiu and Magno were great and they got the brackets fixed!

This place is awesome! both my kids ( 3 and 1) had there first appointment today (8/11) and this place is amazing. they were so good with both my children! I'm so glad I switched. The front desk staff was wonderful! the Doctor was amazing! my only complaint was the paper work packet 😂 but gotta do whatcha gotta do! highly recommend!

Very disappointed in this office. My 3 year old and I came to our appointment 10 minutes early for his check up. Since this was his first appointment as a 3 year old they did not yet have his insurance information on file but did not tell me in advance of the appointment. I showed up to the appointment and since COVID 19 we are suppose to wait in the car which I respect that decision. After 40 minutes of waiting in our car I called the office again to be told they are still working on getting the insurance information. Very disappointing! Took my 4 yo for regular cleaning , the hygienist didn't do floss even and they said 3 cavities ( she had none 6 months before and we do regular dentist visits ) they gave the next day appointment to fill them and gave her some oral sedation medicine totally unnecessary with nitrous oxide just to make money .. after the fillings day 2 she started having pain in one tooth gave ibuprofen but pain didn't go away .. took her back the dentist said they were fine .. asked them to look again finally he tapped the front tooth that he filled n took xray to find out it&apos

This is totally a fun cool place for your first experience in the dental office! My son was 3 at his first visit and he had a blast! From the waiting room to going to take x-rays. Laying on the beds with the tv's on the ceiling didn't hurt. The hygienist was very informative and precise. The token for the huge candy machine was super cute and going home with his first mechanical toothbrush was just the icing on the cake! Great experience.

I was told by Dr Brown Back in July if i do get my sons "cleaning" done every three months, my son will have lower chances on getting cavities. So i asked how much will it be? He said about 35bucks. I said okay, I will do it. So my son had his appointment this month, I was changed 38 dollars up front. Then i receive a bill in the mail saying i own additional 39 dollars due to them having to do x-rays. This wasn't discussed at all about doing x-rays especially when it was done earlier this year. Just doing cleaning was discussed. I find them misleading when it comes to billing. Especially

Dr. Brown and his team are super fantastic! I highly recommend for all dental needs. Cleaning, cavities, tooth extractions - we have had it all and every time they are wonderful. Best of all, they understand that all children are born with different teeth. I never feel put down or shamed when one of my children has a dental issue.

My son had an appointment today to have 3 stubborn teeth extracted. I usually go to the Mesa office but decided to try out this location instead because of appointment availability. While it is a little ways from home, I am SO glad I came here.

I think this place is awesome! I am however giving 4 stars just because of how long the wait was. We waited 40 minutes after our appointment time before being called back. They do have a few toys the kids can play with while you wait and a movie going but my kids are young and started to get restless fast.
