Services
We recommend that you bring your machine in once a year for its "Well baby checkup". Our experienced techs will clean, oil, and adjust your machine to keep it running smoothly and keep you smiling. Machines are serviced on-site by our full-time, factory-trained Bernina technician. We service the full line of Bernina home sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines.

Love this shop! They have a great selection of fabrics. I'm always impressed by the amount of notions they carry. If it exists, they carry it! I had my Bernina Artista 640 serviced there and they made an error with it, but corrected it right away. (A part was loose in the bobbin area.) They try hard to keep customers happy. They are an active shop, with classes every month for a variety of skills. You will be very happy with this shop!

The store looked nice and pleasant, but when I went in to purchase a sewing machine I was completely ignored. I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. I sat for 15 minutes *by the machines* and said hello to the the salesperson, but still nothing. It doesn't matter how nice your shop looks if people can't buy anything.

I made my first stop into this delightful shop today. I am a quilter and I thought this location had everything a quilter could need - machines, a decent collection of fabrics, notions galore, and a very helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. There were some value fabrics, a couple of sales, and I believe they do quilt-a-longs for those wishing to be more involved. They do have a complimentary rewards program which is always a plus. I will definitely be back!

I have been a customer for two years now, but I have to say that these ladies CAME THROUGH for me last week! I ordered a sit down longarm machine from them which was delivered last Thursday. That evening when I went to use it, the machine was making a funny noise. Friday morning I sent an email to the owner and sales associate who had ordered it for me, thinking that it would be days if not weeks before getting things straightened out. The owner emailed me back within minutes to let me know that they would have a service tech out THAT VERY AFTERNOON (I live 45 minutes from the shop, BTW). Sylvia

If you are a sewer, you must check out BERNINA World of Sewing. Their new machines are amazing! They almost sew by themselves. But the store owner, Sona and her technician will adjust and repair older BERNINA machines also. They were very patient in dealing with problems I was having with my vintage 1977 much loved and used BERNINA 830.
The store is well stocked with notions, BERNINA parts and supplies and my favorite threads - Metrosene and Mettler.

I have a manual older model, beloved, Bernina 1030 that had not been used in 20 years secondary to work, kids, etc. As a result, the part that allowed my decorative stitching had broken. My machine would only zigzag and go forward and back. The dealer in Winston Salem, where I live told me the part was not available and the machine could not be fixed. I contacted this store in Raleigh. They have an amazing technician named Sylvia who was creative, diligent, skilled and caring and was able to fix my machine. She took the part off a parts machine at the store and contacted Bernina in Chicago for

My sister works at the dealership and suggested I buy my new machine there. What a great experience! Beautiful store that is well stocked. The staff is super friendly and Sona is delightful! What a lovely person. She was warm, helpful and very kind. She also gave me a great deal on my new Bernina!
