Volan insurance has been an absolute pleasure for me to work with! Kailie and Emily have both been exceptional! They were really polite, kind, informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company as well as the two employees that have helped me through this whole process. Kailie worked with me last week and went above and beyond call to make sure i was comfortable in purchasing this insurance. And Emily was able to further assist me since Kailie was out of office. All around great agency to work with. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and has just the right products from the right vendors to meet your needs. They insure my home, my personal vehicles including a historical vehicle, as well as insuring my business. I cant say I’ve never had any problems or questions, but when I do, it’s completely easy to resolve with just one phone call.

For me at least, these days it’s more about customer service than rates. Good customer service, in any industry, is increasingly hard to find.. that’s not to say the rates aren’t excellent,(they are) just that their customer service is fantastic. If you need anything, they are on top of it. It’s always a pleasure to talk to them.. and believe my I’m not the easiest person to get on with. Lol.

I extremely impressed with Rich and his group. His attention to detail, laying out options, doing an evaluation, and just being very personable are most helpful when shopping for insurance. No pressure, clear, very concise, going above and beyond, and taking the time to explain things, without getting bogged down with insurance overload. I came across this company years ago. It was more of a financial move. The rates were incredibly lower than any other. I had done my homework and compared policies side by side. Erie Insurance, hands down was the best. Through the years we unfortunately put Erie Insurance to the test Hail storm damaged our roof, car accidents, deer running out in front of the car, car broke down and had to be towed ... each time, I simply filed my claim and my property/car was fixed. No hassles. No issues. I have so many other things In life to worry about, but insurance coverage is not one of them thanks to Volan

I recently sold my home and changed cars. Volan Insurance (Kris) made this transition painless and virtually seamless. They are very easy to work with and always prompt with service or questions. The icing on the cake is they were able to provide the same or better coverage for a MUCH lower price than I was previously paying! I'd recommend Volan to my friends, family and YOU!
