My appointment was cancelled an hour before I was scheduled to be there! I understand the chaos of the holidays but if you're providing a service I expect professionalism. This is the second let down from this company. I think they have issues with management of scheduling. I also agree with another review written, I guess their clientele base is so large they don't mind if they disappoint a few. I looked forward to my appointment for a month. Don't think I'll be back.

Morgan freaking Ramirez! She’s amazing !!! The best lash tech I’ve ever had in my life. My lashes used to always break and I would be bald faced after doing my lashes back to back, she’s so gentle and meticulous with your lashes that my natural lashes are the longest and healthiest they’ve ever been. She’s so detailed and really puts her heart into all her lash sets. They’re also always on time, so that’s one good thing.

I0/10 I highly recommend, Danielle! Shes very meticulous which is why my lashes turn out PERFECT every time. One thing that stood out to me was that she explained what style of lashes would look best on me due to my eye shape (I have small eyes) and boy was she right because it made a huge difference! My eyes pop now and I’ve gotten so many compliments.

I’ve been coming to Haus Of Beautè for a year, Aireana does my lashes and I drive over 30 minutes to get there because I don’t trust anybody else with my lashes. I get complimented on my lashes 24/7, they consistently look just how I want them every time I get them done and my natural lashes are perfectly full and healthy underneath. The facility itself has a very upbeat ambiance and the whole staff is friendly!

I have been doing my lashes for the past 6 years with Cecilia and her staff and there is no other place I’ll rather go to. I trust them 100% with my lashes and eyebrows. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. If you are also looking to vent or take a quick nap while getting you lashes done this is the place. One hour should flys when you’re getting a refill.

I have been receiving my brow waxing services from Salma L. for over three years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows-she is the ultimate professional. Salma takes her time, gives me excellent advice, and always promotes the long-term health of my skin and brows. Because of Salma I have developed a natural arch in my naturally pencil-straight brows. This place is amazing! Super professional and clean! They offer great services like brow lamination and eyelash extensions! They have THE BEST LASH TECHNICIANS!!! I get my lashes done every two weeks, I could go three if I wanted to, the products they use are amazing and unmatched by any other lash places I’ve gone to. The owner cares about her customers! She’s made an amazing lash cleanser that doesn’t mess with my sensitive skin! Seriously the best! Will never go anywhere else.

BEWARE!!! This establishment would rather a client come in sick!! I am an ICU nurse that is exposed to COVID weekly. I woke up not feeling well, body aches and headache. I waited a few hours to see if I would feel better but called 3 hours before my appointment. They still charged me over $40. Haus of Beaute you should be ashamed of yourself!! Your customer service is the worst. There are way too many other places to get your lashes and eyebrows done in Houston. I have been going to the Willobrook location for about three months now and have been scheduling my refills with Erika every time. She's professional, kind, and goes out of her way to make sure my eyelashes are as full as can be (I have a lot).
I receive compliments on my eyelashes pretty often.. and I love them!
The Willobrook location is about 30 minutes away from me but I don't mind the drive. The prices are also very reasonable.

I had followed their instagram page for about a year and finally decided to schedule an appointment. I booked the appointment for their new location in Willowbrook yesterday and had Erika do my lashes. Erika did an amazing job, I can't brag enough about how happy I am with my new lashes!! I've gone to get my lashes done here by Ashley a few times and loved them every time. All of the ladies here take pride in their craft and are so sweet. I've seen a couple of reviews complaining about their policy and as a client who respects other people's time, I respect their policy. People have to understand, in order for you to receive great quality work, you need to be there on time and that's anywhere you go. Keep in mind, there's always an accident or traffic everywhere you go, THIS IS HOUSTON!

I have coming to Cecilia for over 3 years now, she's the only one I trust. The other girls always have an attitude and whenever I tell them my eyes burn they don't do anything about it. Causing my eyes to become red for over 3 days. Since Cecilia had an emergency and couldn't be at work I've changed places because I'm not dealing with that!!!

I went in to get my brows waxed and tinted and I must say I am obsessed with my eyebrows!! Jessica did a great job. She was very patient with me as she had to stay later for me. Every step she took she kept me informed from the mapping to the tint. I have received so many compliments on my eyebrows as she matched my natural brow color. People were wondering how I got so much hair as my natural eyebrows are so thin. I am going back and letting everyone know about them when asked.

Went in 2 weeks ago for my first ever eyebrow tint and could not have felt more comfortable! I booked with Jessica. She was super sweet and kept me informed about each step she made. She mapped out my brows and made sure I was comfortable with the shape before applying the tint. It saves me so much time in the morning not having to fill them in myself. It also lasted the amount of time she stated. I already booked my appointment again for this week!
