I dealt with Dan Franklin. I would never use him again. Terrible communication between parties. Unfortunately he gave a good spill but never came close to expectation. Should of used Jan Pestinger from Ebby. She is the best. She always called to tell me how things were going and she came to the closing table. Dan didn't even come to the closing nor did he even say thanks for your business. He says I'll call you back and it's hours or days later. Definitely seller or buyer beware!!

I was trying to figure out how to get out of the possible foreclosure of my house and a friend texted me Mr Dan Franklin's phone number with the message - he wants to buy your house and doesn't even know it yet.
So, I called and we played phone tag most of the day and I decided to try him the next day. Shortly after that, he called me again and we spoke about why I needed to sell the house. We highly recommend this company!!! Dan was extremely helpful to us during the whole process of selling our home. From talking with us for a couple of hours during the first visit - to the final closing. Everything ran smoothly, he helped us when we needed to get contractors to make repairs, the photographer did a fabulous job with pictures of our home and Dan helped us to get the most $$ from the sale of our home!! He was very flexible and honest with us - and always available to talk on the phone whether we had a "quick" question or needed an explanation of something that was going to take longer

It was a joy working with Dan, our home closed in just a few days just like he said it would and gave us 14k more than our highest offer, he helped us out when we where on the brink of forcloser on a home that needed a lot of work, we asked Jesus for help and he sent us Dan.
