Inspired to hand-craft outstanding wines right here in our hometown, we founded the Easton Wine Project, Easton's first known urban winery. Easton Wine Project is situated in the cityscape of Easton, PA, defining it as an urban winery because it's wines are produced on-site in a city, rather than in the traditional rural vineyard environment.
Piled high with EWP's signature beer cheese, pico de gallo, pickled jalapeos, and sour cream. Choice of chicken, ground beef, or beer braised pulled pork. Bright and earthy beet hummus served with cucumbers, roasted rainbow carrots, and tortilla chips. Buttery, potato stuffed pierogies served with apple butter, sour cream, and caramelized onions.
A dry, medium-bodied crisp, white blend with fruity, citrus notes and hints of melon and vanilla. A medium-bodied red wine with soft tannins, subtle notes of plum and cherry with a rich finish. This signature blend has peppery notes, firm tannins & hints of black cherry, blackberry & plum with a delightfully smooth finish.

The wines were generally pretty good. But all of the appetizers that our table got were dismal. The arepas were undercooked. The cheddar popcorn was unseasoned and stale. The crab dip had lumps of unmelted cheese. The sweet potato latkes were mushy and went uneaten. The only thing large and substantial was the bill ($$$).

Went with friends.....to be honest the wine was horrible. We went for a wine tasting. You were allowed the standard 5 glasses...every single one was not enjoyable and our friends agree. Kinda weird.....never went to a wine tasting and every single wine chosen was bad. We didn't know to to describe it. It all had a similar "fake/artificial" taste so that even our friend asked where they sourced the grapes and was told locally (pa/nj)...the waitresses and service was nice...but the wine....no thank you!

Really cozy place and great atmosphere. The Baked Brie and the Pretzel are great appetizers. The pretzel was huge. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was awesome had a lot of lobster inside and a great cheesy beer sauce. The Chicken Pot Pie was great also. Only reason giving this a four and not a five they have a seasonal menu went early they were out of brisket which is involved in a few of their dishes so that made some ordering limited. The drinks were great and the service is friendly and professional. Will definitely go back probably for their winter menu because if it is the same as a few months
