Welcome to Pasquale's, a family owned and operated Italian restaurant dedicated to a tradition of quality that began decades ago with our Namesake Pasquale Giambrone. Pasquale's has been serving Carmichael since 1975. In 2018 after 5 generations the founding family passed along everything to another like minded quality-first family who've continued to serve Carmichael with only the best ingredients and same Earl created, and still often sampled & verified by Earl, recipes.Thank you for your continued support and love.

When my dad was growing up around lake Natoma, there was a Pasquale's just around the corner, a hole in the wall that served amazing pizza. Eventually it closed down and he assumed they closed indefinitely. Fast forward some decades and he finds this place on the way over to hits old house by the lake. So we stopped by and grabbed some pizza. It wasn't as good as he remembered it, he said, but I really liked it, it was great.

I ordered an XL half Ryan and Fay half Superb and the cheese bread.
The cheese bread was a bit too greasy so it sat a little heavy in my stomach but tasted excellent, I actually wish there was a little more of it, we were given two six inch halves.
The pizza was great, it had the freshest ingredients I've ever had on a pizza and they were good quality, the tomatoes tasted fresh and flavorful unlike those out-of-season tomatoes sold at the grocery store.
The only reason this review is 4 out of 5 is because there were too many toppings. The Ryan and Fay is vegetarian and it was difficult to see

Pizza and a chicken pesto sub for dinner! This sub is amazing and the peppers absolutely make the dish! You will want one in every bite and they put a ton on there for you. We had a delicious Cabernet and a Sangiovese. Great wine selection and some awesome local beers on tap, if that’s your thing. Been coming here for 19 years and they always deliver fabulous food. Cheers!

The food here is so good! We normally order the pizza here which is fantastic. We decided to try the pasta this time and we weren't disappointed. The Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti was excellent. The meat sauce is fine and not chunky which is how I prefer it and the flavor is really good. Also, I highly recommend the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Looking forward to our next dinner here!
