We provide guests 3, 5 & 6 bedroom beach rental accomodations on Sunset Island's exclusive resort property.

Services
Parking and activity passes must be purchased directly from Sunset Island's Community Association upon check-in. This is a separate charge for items that cannot be pre-purchased. These passes are not included in or covered by the reservation process. The Sunset Island Community Association will sell and distribute these items to you upon your arrival, as described below.
Sunset Island has clear and comprehensive policies to help protect both the owners and guests. While Sunset Island Rentals strives to keep all online and printed material current, policies can change without notice. Please call our friendly and knowledgeable staff with any questions. Pets are not allowed in the properties.
Ocean City's 3 mile classic wooden boardwalk is considered one of America's best by the Travel Channel. USA Today named it one of that nation's "Top 10 Great Boardwalks". Ocean City's Health & Raquet Club's 50,000 square foot full service facility is only 6 blocks from Sunset Island.
White Marlin, Blue Marlin, Yellowfin, Bluefin and Big Eye Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin and a variety of BIG sharks including Mako, Tiger and Thresher await you in our offshore waters.The inshore waters abound with bluefish, sea bass and tautog while our bays offer a variety of rockfish, flounder and trout.

We rented from Sunset Island for a week rental in OCMD and couldn’t have had a better experience. The owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met, including dropping off an extra air conditioner when ours unexpectedly went out. We previously rented through a company with an offsite check-in process and required us to build our day around picking up the key. They met us on site and worked around our schedule. Little things like that matter. We highly recommend.
