Fantastic location - steps away from the trail, Rainey St bars, grocery, restaurants and reasonably close to other downtown spots. You can either walk on a nice day or Car2Go in the super hot summer months. Dog friendly building. The residents are respectful and friendly. Can't say enough great things about the staff who were always professional, warm and happy to assist.

This is by far one of the best run and maintained properties we have ever visited. As far as the other review we read, we had no similar issues. Of course we don't have an issue with reading the property rules and following them. Our stay was a very pleasant and relaxing one and can not wait to come back next year!!!

I just saw this and I think it’s imperative that I clear up a few things so that anyone planning on renting a condo at this facility has accurate information. First of all, the “garbage” that was left by one of our cars was NOT left by us. Just because something is by someone’s car does not mean that it was that person who left it. We were also not asked if it was our “garbage”, we were accused. They never provided any proof that we left it just a picture of the “garbage”. I put “garbage” in quotes because it was two cups.
