This is a very clean, nice, and friendly place. This is the second time in two years we have come to stay here during a hurricane evacuation. They make you feel safe and comfortable. Pet friendly and staff goes beyond to keep you feel like family. When I arrived at the hotel, check-in was quick and friendly.

Gotta say, impressed me! The double rooms are a blessing. They make you kinda forget you are at a hotel... Now I give it 5 stars for overall satisfaction, the pool/pool area is nice, the work out room is cramped. Laundry room did its job. The breakfast is more like a snack ... Now the rooms are clean, everything works, they are modern and well decorated, The staff and maintenance people are all very courteous and helpful and I feel the price is dead on... Best bang for the buck, definitely will book again. If you need a good hotel with a budget in mind, this should be the first place to call

This hotel is a hidden gem! Our room was cleaned immaculately. The attendants we're friendly and helpful even though we checked in late at night. The pool area is updated and modern with quality poolside furniture. This is one of the best hotels (for the price) that I have stayed in. Totally bested Hilton's, Sheratons, and Marriotts on customer service, cleanliness, and poolside amenities. Thank you so much!

I could not compliment this woman enough.
However, the room we got had roaches and termites. One lamp didn’t work. They were updating the hotel for January and it was consistently noisy. If you need somewhere to sleep during the daytime and work at night, do not go here. Crackheads consistently sit around the bonfire at night that admitted to me they do every night and don’t have a room there. I have a litany of complaints.

Lots of issues, mostly cosmetic. If they don't bother you, that's fine. But I feel like for the price they charge you should be given higher quality rooms. I can tell they've done some renovations but most of them were cheaply done. Not a terrible experience by any means, but certainly not what I'd consider a good value. Hence the 3-stars.

Great place to stay with the family. Room services is always helpful and friendly ( big shout-out to Evelyn, she was amazing and attentive to us, you rock!) Great size rooms and the pool and outdoor amenities are awesome.Kitchen and room sizes are steal for the price! Definitely stay here Everytime we visit Melbourne!

This establishment has the best handicap bathroom of any hotel I've ever stayed in. the pool area has ample luxurious seating and a lovely fire table gathering spot. it's clean and friendly at a convenient location. if you like sushi there's a restaurant on site. also Denny's and Bennigan's in walking distance. breakfast is 6-9am there's a snack store in the lobby and be aware it is a large three building property beside other hotels

Not worth the upcharge rate. Wood spring suites is cheaper. But I will say Evelyn is an superb housekeeper who actually cleans your room. Ms Paulette Is very helpful and cordial as well. Would not stay again. Sorry it is not the same. Always plumbing issues. Bugs. And quite some characters that stay there.

I booked for only 4 nights and ended up booking 2 more nights. My family of five fit perfectly in the master suite. Had enough space to move around. Loved that is had two wash rooms and the kitchenette was perfect. Love the staff they are very kind and always greeted with a smile. I never felt uncomfortable while I was their. Both front desk ladies were very kind and patient when i truck had stalled right in front of the check in office. Gave me time to get it fixed and they were very understanding I will definitely go back when I revisit Melbourne for sure!
