Used to be really good with great drivers and nice cars. On my ride to the airport two days ago the drive was ok, but it was snowing and the driver did not even care enough to make sure his car was in good working order! The windshield wipers were falling apart...the rubber was flapping around as the wipers went back and forth. If the driver does not care to make sure the obvious is working in a professional manner, what type of other maintenance is he not doing to the car! Yikes. May have to rethink Valley Cab. I have been using them for years but the quality of cars has decreased to a questionable

If you're looking for a cab company with 0 regard for their customers, look no further! Not only will Valley Cab arrive over an hour late than the time promised, but will also fill your head with the false promise of the cab being "very close" when you call to check on it. It's the perfect way to be late for appointments, flights, and parties!
You may be wondering, "is there anything good about their services?"
Who knows! Certainly not me. I've made the mistake of using this company more than once and every time I have been met with disappointment.

These guys used to be reliable and friendly. I've used them for 3 plus years with a frequency of 2 times per month.
Now, they have been either no sows or late the last 3 of 4 calls. Not only is service totally unreliable but my last driver didn't even get out of the car to load my luggage and was incredibly rude and confrontational. WOW I've never experienced such threatening service before.

My driver was a bit smokey, but I had to take a cab from Bristol to Hartford at 5am and wasn't sure I was going to be able to get a place to bring me--fortunately, I called up a few places and Valley Cab was the one to help me out. The price I was quoted was a little up there ($76), but the driver actually charged me a flat fee of $45, so that was pretty nice.
The person booking my reservation was super nice, courteous, and direct. I'd definitely take them again.
