I’m half-way through my Invisalign treatment and highly recommend Dr. Lee! I really like the convenience of the location and seeing my orthodontist the whole time and not feeling like a number. You definitely get more attention at this practice than others. I had braces years ago and needed a new retainer. Because I moved, I couldn't go back to my original orthodontist. Luckily, I found this office! The doctors were very accommodating and helped me understand my current condition. My new retainers fit perfect! Each visit was no wait!, I was in and out. I love this place and the staff! I recently finished my 2-year braces process here and now have my retainers. The whole process was very smooth and relatively easy because of how great the staff is. Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil are so delightful and friendly. They are so good at their jobs and make you feel right at home. They always make sure that you are feeling comfortable and safe at all times. The environment is calming and pleasant, which helps if you feel nervous.

Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil actually made my journey with braces enjoyable! This was my second time having braces but they made this experience so much better than my first. They are always upfront with me about what to expect and I truly feel like family. I have always felt the office was clean but when COVID hit they stepped up their protocols and I always felt safe and had no doubt their #1 priority was keeping their patients safe during this time. There is so much I can say about how awesome they are and they make me feel but I would be writing forever!!!

Raleigh Family Ortho is hands down the top Orthodontics practice is Raleigh/Durham. This is the third practice I've gone to and by far the best and most personal. The convenience right off of Leesville Road is also great. Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill are amazing and truly care about their patients. Our kids have met them and already like them a lot and look forward to starting up as well.

I am so grateful and thankful for Dr. Lee for giving me a perfect smile. Dr. Lee was absolutely awesome through my two year process. I originally started out with Invisalign but I wanted to switch over to the original braces, when I made the request Dr. Lee had no issues at making the adjustment to switch me over.
