Long before ground was broken and The Laurel was developed, the principals had two main goals: First, develop a venue that made guests feel like they were hours away from the bustle of the Metroplex, while still remaining minutes from conveniences such as hotels, restaurants and Dallas Fort Worth Airport.

From a small executive luncheon to a weekend retreat, The Laurel is equipped to handle any offsite event your company may need. Featuring several meeting spaces along with WiFi, and Audio/Visual options to meet every need, The Laurel is ready to serve your next corporate event. Large enough to accommodate up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting, the interior features an expansive 4500 square foot great hall that may be split into smaller rooms.

So many praises to sing for The Laurel and our coordinator, Abby G! Abby was pivotal in making sure the event ran like clockwork, and took care of anything we needed along the way! We hosted a company holiday party and the team at The Laurel made it one of our best ever events! Food was AMAZING, location is so lovely, tons of parking... and the staff was all made up of top-notch professionals! I definitely look forward to the chance to return to The Laurel!

PHENOMENAL. I was initially attracted to this venue for the guest capacity and because one of my friends got married there and I knew how gorgeous it was and how easy the flow and set up is. What actually got us booked there were all the perks that came with a booking. Catering, linens, dinnerware, etc were all included which gave us one less thing to do. We also got an event coordinator that helped us from about a month out and on the actual day. This alone makes the venue worth it. Maggie was our hero. I had so many questions and stressors about specifics before our first meeting with her and

The Laurel is absolutely wonderful - I can’t say enough about how highly I think of this venue! As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to photogram couples getting married here a few times, and I am always so impressed by the staff (especially Julianne and Carly!). Their kindness, attention to detail, and the way they care for their clients and guests is absolutely wonderful. The bridal suite has so plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready in (and it’s so picturesque!), and the grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for portraits. I am a wedding photographer and I almost never leave reviews, but The Laurel is a great venue, and coordinator, Carly Suhr, and her people did a fantastic job lats week. In the heat, in a pandemic, everything went smooth, no issues that I could see. Its a beautiful place, and Carly made it even better, Clean, good air conditioning in August, a million little things done right. trust me, thats not the case at most venues. The Laurel was the second venue we toured and I immediately canceled all other tours right after! Sandy greeted us on that first day with such warmth, kindness and professionalism. She listened and answered all of our questions and concerns! We immediately felt so welcomed and this feeling continued when we met our coordinator Julianne! Julianne was professional, poised and gracious at all times! Thanks to Julianne and her team Jonathan and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without a worry in the world! Unfortunately, I can only base this review on the few email correspondences I had. I emailed this venue asking if I could walk around and view it. They responded saying that they did not have the calendar for the next month yet. I was told that they would reach out to me to schedule a visit. I waited until the week before I wanted to view and emailed again. I never got a response back.
