We would like to thank you and the Circle R Ranch staff for your wonderful customer service and attentiveness during our annual corporate picnic. Your staff took the utmost care to ensure we all had a great time. With the variety of activities, the entertainment and the delicious barbecue, we have not heard a single complaint. In fact, we've been told that this year's picnic was the best one we've ever had.
Services
Since 1973, Circle R Ranch has been the preferred choice for memorable special events, elegant galas and exclusive corporate outings. Canada Dry executive Alan L. Powdermaker had a vision - relocate his family from New York to Texas and build a ranch designed to entertain private groups in an authentic western setting.
Leave the stress of planning behind and get ready to enjoy an authentic ranch set amidst rolling hills and green pastures. The fully-enclosed Western Pavilion can be customized to any theme. Anywhere you roam, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy our wide-open spaces. Our 19'8 x 15' Stage is perfect for Bands or DJs that will get your guests dancing on our 40' x 40' Dance Floor.
The Chisholm Ranch House is a 5,000 square-foot event facility that provides a non-traditional setting ideal for business and networking opportunities. The Main Room features a large fireplace, conference and event lighting and elevated stage. An adjoining Sun Room serves as additional function space.
Pull on your boots and get ready to kick up your heels on a Wild West experience which begins the moment you enter the Ranch. Enjoy an evening of real Texas fun line dancing with the band, saddling up a live longhorn steer, or trying your hand in a quick-draw shootout. Complete your "Night on the Ranch" beneath the stars with our Texas Rodeo Grande.
Planning a company picnic or family reunion? Since 1973, Circle R Ranch has been producing DFW's most successful company picnics and employee outings for groups of all sizes. With facilities for groups large or small, our helpful staff will work with you to design the picnic that suits your group's needs.

Awesome event place for most any occasion. There's a quaint rustic feel to the place, though still very modern and professional in appearance and quality. Very scenic area with horses, outdoor grilling, a well-kept pond with a fountain, and fully furnished buildings to host events with everything you need. Definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of attending my arbonne team dinner here! First we were welcomed with smiles! She staff was so nice! Then dinner time. I have allergies so I asked the chef (he was standing right outside so super easy) about my options. Little did I know everything was marked with easy-to-read allergen labels! Vegan, vegetarian, gf only disappointment was bbq sauce wasn't gf .
Music, games, rosco the bull. I have an off grid ranch in eastern Colorado so most things "country" don't impress me because well I live it. But this was well done. Only wish band wouldn't played

The had good food, great music, snacks, treats, face painting, bingo, rock climbing, some rides, and games. The staff was amazing and kept everything running smoothly. The restrooms were clean and smelled citrusy.

I just threw my birthday bash here and it truly was an amazing and memorable experience. The Bbq Buffet was some of the best bbq in Texas. The Brisket was tender and moist, the chicken had a smoked taste and the sausage was fantastic. My planner Hillary title should be changed to event planner guru of the South. She was professional, responsive and pleasant from start to end. The service overall from the banquet team, bartender even the cowboy who tirelessly tried to show us how to rope a mechanical steer was outstanding. The ranch felt like a private cabin with a lake and was a unique atmosphere

I went to a work function at the Circle R Ranch while traveling and I can't say enough good things. The staff are so hospitable and make sure everyone feels at home. The night began with meeting Amigo the Longhorn! We were serenaded by a real life cowboy. We then had classic BBQ (steak, chicken, corn, corn bread, potatoes) and then played a corn hole tournament ( they had so many corn hole boards!) Don't leave without taking the wagon ride around the property to see the beautiful land and wildlife. There's also a mechanical bull and lasso lessons! Such a fun place!!

The venue and staff were both amazing!!!!! We are a black LGBT group and unfortunately, its not as easy to find friendly service in TX but Circle R Ranch can teach Texas a thing or two about what true hospitality looks like. No prejudice, no weird uninvited feeling, they actually showed that they valued our business and that we were welcome. Tons of things to offer your guest!!!! If you are looking for authentic Texas style setting, you should definitely go. If you are looking for a well managed event venue, GO TO CIRCLE RANCH:) Thanks Circle R Ranch!

Thanks, Robyn and Dan for making our family reunion awesome! The adults and especially the kids really enjoyed all that your ranch offered. The bbq, son-cones and popcorn was fantastic! Finally, the staff assigned to our event were friendly and engaging! The kids enjoyed volleyball, "horse" racing, ping pong and arts and crafts. The adults enjoyed the bingo and music. The Chisolm space was big enough for our family and everyone had room to "roam" around inside or enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch. Thanks for making our event special!

I've been coming to the Circle R for years now. One of my favorite times is he 4th for fireworks. Food is excellent and the Staff is all very friendly and have a great handle on events! Several of my friends have had weddings, birthday parties and even large elite parties for any occasion. I would highly recommend speaking with Hilary. I ran into a scheduling conflict and she more than went out of her way to take care of me and my group of 100 or so. Thank you guys for all that you do and I'll continue to support your venue!

We recently attended a company party here and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.
Some of the activities available to us:
Mechanical bull
Pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard tables
Bingo
Bubbles, chalk art, bounce house, pony rides, and playground for the kids
Smores around the campfire (during daylight)
Organized relay races and games
Horseshoes
Life-size maze
Hay rides
Snocones and popcorn in addition to the BBQ lunch that was served, and unlimited drinks (beer and soda)
Overall it was a great experience and I would

My employer held a corporate event here for our Super Bowl guests. It was a great experience for a lot of the people with kids. They had a mechanical bull and they also had a photo setup with a Texas Longhorn. They did some cool little dude ranch activities but, it was snowing and icy so most of the events had to be moved inside. The best part of the entire event was the food!!! The BBQ was amazing especially the smoked sausages. I had about 3 plates of food and it was just too good! Afterwards they held a charity poker event for all of us. The staff here was wonderful and we had really great feedback

Circle R Ranch is where I attended a Christmas party for the second year in a row. The staff was super friendly. The place is huge, with several buildings filled with music, food and fun activities. It has a western flavor for the décor and very spacious for large gatherings.
The foods were a number of appetizers from small taquitos, hamburger sliders, chips and salsa to wings that were pretty tasty for such a large gathering. The food I would give about an eighty five out of a one hundred. This night they had live music, another building had a DJ, while another building had food - drink

Circle R does a good job of hosting corporate and large group entertaining parties. They will help create whatever theme you want and have in house catering. They have fireworks shows, rodeo shows, music, swimming, hay rides, trail rides, and more.
What makes me NOT like Circle R Ranch is how poorly they treat their animals. Bad food and/or not enough food for horses and cattle. Not keeping horses regularly trimmed or shod. Not grooming horses. Not providing medical care to horses or cattle. Not providing shelter to horses and cattle. Having muddy boggy areas for them to stand in. All

This is a cool place. The day we went was raining all day in Dallas. But for some strange reason, it hardly rained there! It can handle a couple of thousand people... This was for our company picnic. There was plenty of seating and plenty of food and drinks... BBQ and stuff.... They were not serving beer.... but that is a good thing because there were alot of children there. Several bounce houses.... a couple of DJ's.... face painting, balloon making.... dancing.... Not bad for $5. I hope we do it again next year!

We had small group of about 60 folks attend dinner at the Circle R ranch...they can handle groups in the thousands! Even with our small group, the staff gave 100% and we were greeted with with warm Texas hospitality.
The few days before the event, it rained so much that we were not able to participate in the outdoor activities offered including horseback running, horse shoes, fire pit, etc. but it looked like fun if we could do it.
Price was fair, but a bit much cuz we couldn't play outside.
