Elizabeth Miles, Owner, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She spent the early part of her career honing her skills as a pastry chef at Upstairs at the Pudding and Lumiere, two iconic Boston restaurants. After the birth of her son, she found being a private chef was a better fit for her family life.
Her love of baking and cooking combined with her discovery of the benefits of cleaner eating, and living a healthier lifestyle, led her to purchase White Lion Baking Company in 2012. She expanded it into a reputable, certified gluten free household name.

The best gluten free/paleo bakery! High quality ingredients, fresh, and delicious! I always make sure to get some mini cheesecakes, veggie quiche, or the hand made cookies! You can’t go wrong with anything here! My boyfriends mom is gluten free and this is the only place I go to for all her sweet treats! They also offer vegan and dairy free options which is amazing.

Love this place and Liz!! Her food is delicious. I have been going here for the past few years and I highly recommend stopping by for a scrumptious treat or order a pie ahead of time. Paleo, gluten free and dairy free options. So many yummy things to choose from. Liz and her staff are wonderful. (Savory options also).

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. It's entirely gluten free and offers a wide variety of options, which is a dream come true for someone with Celiac. My friends had to keep me from buying the place out! The women who worked there were also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There were also some keto options available (e.g., keto brownies, etc.). Would highly recommend!

My husband and daughter loved loved loved their first experience here! My husband said the quiche was fantastic and really enjoyed the carrot cake cupcake and cheesecake. My daughter has a white chocolate mint brownie and gave me a thumbs up as she eating it. It's so great to have a dedicated gluten free option on the Cape again. We will certainly be back!!

It is so awesome that the Cape has a bakery that offers "diet" and healthier options. They have lots of keto, paleo, and whole30 treats that are sure to kick that craving without making you feel guilty. Over the past few weeks on Cape Cod, I have tried the quiche, some of the low carb rolls (they have lots of flavors), and my mother has tried many desserts/pastries.

I am currently on a gluten free / dairy free diet. Finding a GF bakery with many DF options is difficult, as you might imagine.
White Lion is not bad, it's just really not that good. I've been to quite a few GF bakeries; proper execution is very difficult. Many places overcompensate with sugar or lousy ingredients, White Lion does not do that and I applaud them for it.
Their recipes are lacking in execution and require more development. They're ratios seem off. Perhaps it's the flour they use. Their offerings share a common theme: density, graininess, and somewhat unbalanced

Delicious food! Easy to make recipes! I went in and asked a bunch of questions to which they had very informative answers! One woman actually showed me how they make their pie crust out back! I bought the box to make myself and it was perfect! Recommended for those new to a gluten free or paleo diet!

My absolute number one favorite bakery on the Cape. Located in Mashpee on Rt.151
My favorites and not to be missed grain and gluten-free delights: Magic bars (OMG), Paleo muffins with or without chocolate(10g of protein each!), giant cookies (melt in your mouth), granola (it's hard to put down), carrot muffins and the cheese cake (not too sweet, fluffy and SO tasty). I've heard that their quiche is amazing too.
It takes all my will-power not to buy one of everything on display...

Liz and her staff do an AMAZING job with all their breads, bake goods and treats! When ever I go to the Cape I always make it a point to stop in and buy something :) We also used Liz to cater our wedding in Ptown and she did an phenomenal job! My favorite is the chocolate/ cream pie and carrot cake!
