XpoSolutions was born. The team's operation originally started out in Robert's basement where the founding members worked around the clock to perfect what is now XpoSolutions. That very cold winter of 2010 will always be remembered in fondness by the team because they knew their hard work was paying off and would eventually lead to a nice heated office where they now reside with their ever-expanding Xpo team.

Sounds simple, but so important. If you are shipping a crate, be sure to label each side with the correct pickup and delivery info. If you are shipping a pallet, label each piece on the pallet as well as the outside of the skid. Using a crate is always the best way to ensure your material will arrive safe and sound.

Very good response time. Unfortunately, they are charging us without approval or estimates. We were quoted $300 prior to our event. We paid that. We were shipping two banners and 15lbs of postcards/business cards (approx $900 total value).
After the show we received a bill for $700 and now just received another bill for another $700. They are saying that the extra cost is because they had to put it on a pallet and that added to the weight. VERY disappointed. UPS would have cost less than $360 round trip... should have just gone with them.

Working with XpoSolutions Transportation was an absolute dream! . Our company does the NY NOW gift show a couple times a year and and at the last minute needed to ship our booth supplies and products. We have been using XpoSolutions for our trade show transportation for the past several years. I must say, that they are very user friendly and make this part of our trade show preparation seamless. I never worry about my booth and materials arriving at the show or returning to our warehouses promptly and in great shape. We used XpoSolutions for the first time a few weeks ago. They had reached out to us with a competitive rate and Kaitlyn was friendly enough and assured us that we would get top notch service on shipping our show crate from New York to Chicago. All went smoothly with loading our crate onto the truck on the pick up date. One week later when we arrived at the show floor we found our crate in complete RUINS. We are talking a large wooden crate with heavy duty caster wheels that was basically demolished. 2 wheels were knocked clean off, the other 2 wheels were bent and cracked beyond recognition. There

We have used XpoSolutions for over six years and have never had a problem with our freight arriving on time. They are very good with watching all the small details that assures your freight will be there when you need it and in good condition. They have even offered to store our freight at no charge between shows to help save on freight costs. I have compared and shopped pricing and have not found anybody to beat their bids. I highly recommend them for trade show transportation.
