Our 2nd office location opened 2014 in Flowers Plantation in Clayton, NC. We proudly serve the Raleigh, Clayton, Smithfield, Zebulon, and Selma areas.
I am a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, my church's lector ministry, coach for NRWF Bulldogs, Wolfpack Wrestling Club, and the NCDB Rivercats 10U baseball team. I am a former Life insurance employee and a second generation agent. Our office is an Ambassador Travel Qualifier, Chairmans Circle Qualifier, SVP Club Qualifier, and National Convention Qualifier.

I just want to take a moment to say I LOVE MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I only have a car on my insurance but this has been my insurance since I started driving and I LOVE THEM! Safe driving really saves me money and each year I’ve luckily went down on my payments ALOT! And they reward you for it. I’ve also made some late payment and always continued to have coverage or been worked with. Aside from that my insurance agent BETHANY WEAVER IS MY GIRL!!! I am so thankful she is my agent. She’s worked with me on a lot and always sent me reminders in such a personable way. She has always looked into things

From the start, they have been exceptional! They are always there to help and explain anything that you have questions about! They are even personable too. (They have sent me birthday cards and wedding congratulations!) I always feel comfortable when I call Bethany and it feels more like talking to a friend! Best office around!

I visited the State Farm office for the first time yesterday since moving to NC a month ago and it was a very pleasant experience. I met with Joe Burgess who went over all of my policies and what coverage I had. He was very informative, detailed and respectful. I wanted to add additional coverage and he gave me the ends and outs. They will definitely have my business going forward.

I had called in and talked with Joe about switching to State Farm. He made the process extremely easy and relaxed. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Joe was very genuine and very easy to talk to. He got me a much lower payment than I was paying with a different company. When you call, ask for Joe!!

We have been with State Farm for 30+ years. We specifically requested to transfer to Chad Richards when our other agent retired. We knew Bethany and know that she is always able to help us with our insurance questions and needs. We've been through different kinds of claims, adding kids to policies and figuring out the best way to handle it all. The value of the customer service is priceless. The value of the insurance hasn't been able to be beat either and there's something to be said for piece of mind obviously.

My experience began with Bethany. She was pleasant, professional & courteous. She was helpful in asking easy understandable questions so she could get me to the correct agent for my needs. She obtained needed information to help agent with my quote. Joe returned my call in a timely fashion & was very patient in understanding what we had for coverage & what our needs were. He shared some of the things that they offered that we might not be aware of that might benefit us, but was not "pushy" as some agents can be. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable & courteous.
