From scratch freshly baked bread, muffins, desserts, pastries, quiches, sandwiches & great coffee. Raising kids with allergies, you learn first hand the importance of reading the label, knowing what you're eating and learning that gluten free, dairy free and even vegan doesn't always mean healthy. We decided that we were going to change that, working with fresh, organic, low or no sugar, from scratch and always all natural.

Just because we do everything from scratch and natural, it doesn't mean we won't achieve greatness of flavors and textures.

Perfectly made choux pastry, filled with cream and covered with tempered chocolate, what's not to like? 30% whole wheat, wheat berries, 80% hydration, and a lot of time makes a lighter crust and great flavors. All white wheat flour, water, salt, and our own sourdough, add a long fermentation period and you get a sweet bread with sour notes (vegan).

I'be been here quite a few times and there are some things that I really like and there are some that I don't. To start their drip coffee is nice and strong just like I like it. The baguettes and the olive loaves are also very good. I've tried the raisin bread and while it's good I find that all the raisins settle to the bottom making it too sweet. Their almond croissants are also quite good, but the sweet rolls available during the weekend are extremely sweet for my taste. I've never tried the sandwiches only because they are pre-made and just don't look appetizing

Delicious spot for some coffee and breakfast. They offer fresh breads, spreads, sandwiches, and fresh baked pastries. The olive bread from here is amazing it's got a great light flavor and goes great with pesto! The quiche and their almond croissant is the best one I've had! and a cappuccino to compliment it all is so good, can't wait to get more fresh bread!

I would give 5 stars because the breads are AMAZING!!! However the service from whom seems to be the owner is terrible- he’s rude and seems rushed all the time. He should do better.

Person was not very friendly he seemed in a rush and annoyed that he had to serve me. Then I ordered the spinach pastry, vanilla cream puff and star almond pastry all ate at least a day old maybe more. VERY disappointed

Have cinnamon rolls that they won't warm up. Small selection. Expected that the good would be fresher than they were. Counter clerk seemed like he didn't want to be there.

Cappuccino was really good but almond croissant not so much, neither fresh nor flaky. This is a cute little place and the barrista was very nice. If you are craving a good cup of coffee this is an option but based on my experience with the croissant im not so sure about their pastries. I visited at 1:00pm, maybe early in the morning their baked goods tastes better. Also they have soy, out almond and whole milk but not 2% or skim milk options.

Disappointed by the bakeries, I was so exited when I read all the reviews. I spend. I spend $70 in uber to get there and was very disappointed in all the bakeries I purchased. It didn't taste wow, it was just okay. The baguette was the only good one.

The Owner or manager definitely needs to be a Lot nicer to his customers. We had several questions and he had a major attitude and kept telling us to look at the menu. This place is small and not even worth a second visit to me.

Baguettes and bread are crusty and chewy like artisan breads should be! A nice selection of breads, buns and croissants. A REAL bakery with more than just desserts (they have those too!).

This place is great I've had multiple things here been several times everything that I've had has been delicious.

I've had the olive bread which I make avocado toast with super good! I've had multiple pastries, the carrot cake bars, quiches and more, everything has been delicious.

Excellent bread! Bought the 100% whole wheat loaf and it was amazing. Very healthy. You can really taste it was made from scratch. I love to bake but now I know I don't have to if I want to eat healthy bread made from scratch.

Went here for the first time ever, and was blown away with the quality of the food & the amazing cappuccino! Definitely recommend to anyone in the pines area to check it out. The quiche Lorraine was spectacular along with their sourdough! Super cute place and I always love supporting small businesses!

Best sourdough breads and croissants. And amazing coffee too. This is how bread was intended to be made and eaten. My favorite is the 30/80 as it’s flavors and texture are complex and rich despite being made from just flour, water and salt. Thank you, Max.

First time here. Wasn't completely blown away like I expected to be. The sandwich was pre made. I was expecting a fresh sandwich. I ordered the prosciutto provolone sandwich and it was good, the bread was fresh but I expected more flavor. Will go back and try a different sandwich.

Finally a gluten-free friendly bakery I can trust! I always have nothing but positive experiences each time I come here, and it's so nice to have a wide variety of options to choose from, and not just one or two GF items. Their quiches are delicious, muffins, and cookies. The service is always amazing - since they are a true bakery you can call ahead just to make sure what items they have available. I'm definitely a regular here.

The Artisan bite is an excellent bakery where they use only the best of ingredients to make fabulous breads and pastries. I often pickup their rustic baguette when making pasta and meatballs. You have to get there early because their popular items sell out fast.

I'm a huge fan of their almond cake. It is flourless and made with freshly ground almonds. We have had their quiches too. The french onion is good with carmelized onions and swiss gruyere cheese.

Awesome find while I was down in Pembroke Pines. This place has an assortment of fresh breads, cakes, sandwiches, muffins, croissants and more. They also have a lot of great gluten free/vegan options as well, which is always a plus.

Seems like a small, family owned bakery which is always nice to see. Everything looked really fresh and the two guys that were behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. I picked up a couple gluten free muffins, an almond croissant and cachitos, all were delicious.

It seems so hard to find a bakery that isn't Publix. I was having acupuncture in west Pembroke Pines and was hungry. I did a search for vegan on Yelp and The Artisan Bite showed up. I thought why not. The 2 reviews were positive for this new place and I am always in the mood for a good bread. I walked in and was warmly greeted. I told him that I was looking for some vegan bakery goods. He showed me everything available to me. I was excited!
