Services
Shoe Lab is no overnight success story - this has been years in the making! Our CEO Julio Cardona started to learn the craft at age 12 as a shoemaker and shoe cobbler before he arrived in the US. Once he arrived, he was employed by Shoe Lab and then eventually named the owner in 1994. Shoe Lab is a family-owned business.
We offer bag repair, shoe repair, luggage repair, furniture accessory repair and leather restoration you can count on! Our evaluation process will determine the rate in which we can repair your item for you. If you are unsure about what leather repair you might need. Shoe Lab believes in a customized approach to each leather restoration project.
You can't just learn the knowledge that we have here overnight. This is years in the making. Each item is completely different and unique in its own way. Our shoe repair specialists have worked with a wide spectrum of goods and they've become familiar with each product over many years. Whether you've got a missing buckle on your favorite Jimmy Choo shoe, or a scuff on your Louis Vuitton, we can take care of any designer brand!
It's difficult taking care of luggage, especially when it's being handled by someone when you are traveling or on vacation. You spent a lot of money on your designer luggage and the last thing you want is someone rough handling your investment. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable which is why our customers love bring their luggage to our luggage repair specialists.
The risk you run when you purchase costly designer handbags is obvious. Buckles snap, zippers bust and materials become tarnished over time. Replacing your favorite handbag or bag will cost a lot and you may not be ready to completely give up on your cherished item. Why not consider handbag repair instead of replacing the item?

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I always seek out local business who serve the neighborhood with professionalism and no-nonsense service. Henry and the team at Shoe Lab live up to this standard...and then some. They simply know what they're doing and they deliver as promised. Highly recommended.

I am more of a DIY person, but I had a pair of 4 year old shoes in bad shape. After trying to get them clean myself, took them to Franklin at the Shoe Lab in Brentwood and he got them back to pristine condition! Definitely worth the money! Highly recommended and I will return in the future.

Dropped off three pairs of shoes which I had been procrastinating on for a few years and they did a good job to replace the soles, add rubber soles and condition and clean. Yes, most likely it's a slightly higher price but it's extremely convenient if you live in the area and they are really quick.

Worst customer service ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not go here ever. I took 4 pairs of brand new Cole Haan dress shoes, still in their boxes unworn, to get taps on the heels. Not ok my did the rude manager/ owner. Charge me $6 a pair, when last week I went in for the very same thing on a different pair of shoes and his son only charged me $5, but they completely ruined my shoes and had the audacity to blame me! My shoes were back in the boxes when I Picked them up so I got home and saw that on two of the 4 pairs the back of the heels were cracked and split EXACTLY where they

Shoe Lab did a awesome job adding some elastic in some slip on shoes that were not quite wide enough for my feet. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but they turned out great! They always do a great job!

I've had a variety of experiences here, mostly positive, but some not so bright and shiny ;) They listen to what you need, and usually get it done right the first time. Yes, they are overpriced, but that is what you get in Brentwood! Everything is overpriced in this neighborhood. If you don't want to pay top dollar, drive somewhere else and get a bargain. But is your time worth the schlep to Reseda? Mine isn't.

They are over priced! Very rude and racist... since they are busy they think they can mistreat and over charge everybody, priced me at $80 for a small plastic for the tip of my heel. Found another place on Santa Monica who was so much more appreciative than this guy and charged me $15... I don't think price of the service should change you think I have couple of millions in the bank and will pay you $80 for a 0.50 plastic tip cover. Respect your selves and your money go somewhere else.

I had an awful experience here . DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

Last year I dropped of a few pairs of Louboutins to be cleaned and re matched in bottom colors . I was charged over 500 dollars and to my disappointment the color was totally off. I was naive and too lazy to take them to the store where I had bought them since I live 2 minutes from this place .
So I paid, left and basically made myself responsible for the poor choice.

Today after a year I needed to drop of a few pairs of heels to get fixed .. I discussed them with the man across the counter and agreed to his high fee because

I needed a new hole in my belt, driven past this place a bunch of times. Walked in to see if they could do it, 30 seconds later I'm done with my belt adjusted perfectly for free. Overall really good people.

I brought two pairs of shoes in. Paid $40-ish to have one pair polished and conditioned. The shoes looked like I paid $5 for a simple wipe down. I paid $16 or something for the other pair and it also looks ok. Would never return. The shoe cobbler by USC is much better

I have all my dress shoes (boots) made and was looking to establish a relationship with a shop that can repair and shine them as needed. I sent an email on June 26, 2018 and still have not heard back from them. I guess they don't need anymore business?

These guys have been great to me. I love around the corner and drop off dry cleaning at Fazio's, so it's very convenient to stop there. The shoe shine is wonderful, as is the shoe repair. Even had to get some new holes punched in leather belts as I've skimmed down, and they've done that while I waited.

They are good, smart, professional and fast. I very much appreciate them!

The customer service is so poor. The guy behind the desk needs to be trained how to talk to customers and take orders. I won't come back here anymore.

My new go to place! Arturo's and Progressive both couldn't do my cleanings and Shoe Lab - Brentwood got it all done!

They were able to rechain a pump, resurface some very worn purses and are so nice to redo anything you don't like.

Courteous, professional, and great quality!

I brought a camera slingpack that had a slight tear that needed to be restitched. I thought perhaps it would cost $15....I was quoted $30. I laughed and walked away. I found a local seamstress by Whole Foods and she charged me ten dollars. Shoe Lab is an overpriced joke!

This place should not be in business. They tried to charge me $35 to get the bottom of my one shoe fixed. I said I'm only willing to pay max $20, since it was a super easy fix, and probably wouldn't take more then 15 minutes to do. They looked at me like I was crazy and pretty much threw the shoe back at my face. Humiliated, I walked down the street to paris shoe repair and he charged me $15 for the same job.

This is not the first time I tried to get my shoes fixed at shoe lab. Since it's closer to my house it's much more convenient than going all the way down to bundy and

This place is a total rip off!!!!!! Arturo's in Beverly Hills is way cheaper and does a much better job and they are supposed to be the top dollar place in town.

Shoe Lab has 2 locations- Brentwood and Beverly Hills and the help in both is horrible. They are slow, do not call, tell your lies and prices are out of the stratosphere.

DON'T bring your SHOES here unless you want to be dissappointed

They do a good job, and in a timely fashion - but you WILL pay an arm and a leg.

I used to come here when I lived in Brentwood. I figured the convenience and speed was somewhat worth it. (I would pay just about anything not having to drive across Wilshire or the 405, can I get an amen?) And like I said, they do a decent job. I had several shoes re-soled, and they really are as good as new. Make sure you ask for their frequent buyer card - you get like 10% off (I don't quite remember how much, but better than nothing).

Now that I have moved elsewhere, there are other cobblers who are
