We loved the Gamebird Cabin. Very cozy, with lots of private trails to explore - one even leading to a pond. Although close to a road, we truly felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Of course, it was nice to have the satellite TV, wi-fi and hot tub :-) This was the perfect getaway, and we will be booking this cabin again for sure.

The cabin was better in person than the photos on line. Cozy, comfortable and a well equipped kitchen to cook for 10 people. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We celebrated our moms 80th birthday and it was a big success! Thanks Buffalo Cabins and Lodges!

We had a great time over Christmas at the cabin. It was clean, had everything that we needed and just the perfect spot to celebrate a family holiday.
The only things you need are your personal items and what you require to eat and drink. They supply the rest. From kitchen and bedding to books and games. The hot tub was perfectly maintained and sparkling clean.
We will definitely be spending more time with these folks

My husband and I wanted a brief weekend getaway and wanted to take our dog as well. We found a cabin on the site that seemed reasonable and decided to book. Unfortunately, the cabin was not very clean and really outdated. It wasn't filthy, but dirty enough that we only stayed 1 night instead of 2. I sent an email to Buffalo Cabins but never got a response. I understand that when it's a pet acceptable location things may not be pristine, but I do expect to not have a layer of dust on the end tables. $700 later I am disappointed but lesson learned. I won't stay here again.

We rented the Enchanted Forest cabin for a family gathering to celebrate our daughter's graduation with her Master's. And let me just say this place is absolutely beautiful! It is very well appointed & the layout is perfect for hosting several people, with each bedroom and bath on each floor with additional entertaining space in walkout basement w/ hot tub. The setting is beautiful and peaceful with a beautiful wrap around deck furnished perfectly to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. The location was great and very convenient to the State Parks.

We had an excellent experience. Check in was easy. The cabin is dog friendly but left out dog at home this trip. I’m glad as I didn’t realize the cabin sits a stones throw away from highway. It was directly across from Jack Pines studio which was a very cool place to visit. We did lots of hiking and the cabin was close to Rock House, Conklin Hollow, etc. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The hot tub was very nice which was great after hiking. We loved the fireplace. The strangest thing about cabin was the shower. The shower head is facing the shower entrance so water spays

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We celebrated Christmas and it was perfect! The lodge was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and every utensil you can imagine. The arcade and pool was a huge hit with my children and grandchildren!! There was plenty to do for everyone. We didn’t want to leave! Everyone voted to go back next year!!

The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms comfortable, and there was plenty of leisure space for everyone. The indoor pool was quite a treat. And the activity room was a great place to keep the kids busy.
It would have been nice to have shampoo and hair dryer on hand…. But it’s Hocking Hills…. Life can’t be too sweet….Can it? Five stars.

The cabin was the perfect setting for our family to gather together and spend quality time together. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items cooking items/utensils we needed, and the open plan allowed everyone to be together, whether we were cooking, eating or just enjoying the beautiful fire in the fireplace. The bedrooms and bathrooms fit our family of 6 adults and an infant perfectly, with room to spare. If I were to change anything, it would have been to have the kitchen light cleaned. We hope to make this cabin our annual location to gather together.

We had a a terrific family getaway with children and grandchildren. This was by far one of nicest places we have ever rented! This "luxury log cabin" was top quality, stunning inside and out. (What a GREAT lot tucked in the woods). You could tell the owners took incredible pride in the place -- spotless, clear instructions, labeling, directions... all the right equipment and utensils. We LOVED the comfort of the living room furniture... and the incredible wraparound porch with massive fireplace. We had a plumbing issue, made a phone call and a super nice service provider showed up quickly and resolved
