I learned many years ago to steer clear of budget tire shops and lean towards independent dealers. This one. They know tires and I've been going to them for 16 years. I've never had issues with a poor tire mount to the rim and losing a seal with a slow leak. These guys are pros! Most highly recommend.

Got a flat tire and was able to make it to the gas station around the corner; I called and Marty offered to walk over to see if it was drivable. Once I got my car to the shop, they offered to check if my spare was usable in addition to putting on a new tire. They told me upon pick up that while the spare fit, the lug nuts did not and Gene offered to purchase special lug nuts on my behalf so I could avoid the cost of new full sized spare.

WARNING PLEASE READ!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone they over charged me.Had a problem steering my truck I advised the guy( Marty) that it was my alternator belt after he looked at it Marty advised me that my alternator had to be replaced and not my alternator belt.Marty stated the repairs would be total of $544.00 which I thought was very expensive, I feel as if I was overcharged for services rendered. I paid.them because this is my only way to get around.to transport my son back and forth to school .After I picked my truck up the next day, I noticed a light on my dashboard that

These guys do a great job and are honest. Look nowhere else for your tires. My tire had a nail in the outer tread which I knew meant it needed to be replaced so I had them order it before I showed up. After they looked at the tire Chris said good news that was not a nail but there was a nail in the middle causing the flat so the tire could be fixed without replacing it. They could have easily just charged me for a new tire but they are honest which shows their values and how they value their customers. I have all five of my cars taken here to get new tires when they where out. They also helped

I moved here from the Midwest a couple of years ago and found this place by accident. I have been taken my Mercedes here for tires, brakes etc. The service is excellent and these are the best guys to deal with for service. They do the work right and the pricing is good (beats the dealer pricing). Chris has been my go-to guy!

Mike and Gene in the front were very easy to deal with. I have to thank the techs in the back also...Justin and Mike...who were very helpful and polite even when dealing with a very difficult dually setup with wheel covers that I have on my vehicle. Great people and a real shop atmosphere with knowledgable folks. I wish I had found them sooner!

I have been bringing cars and trucks here since the early eighties, I don't trust anyone else for alignments either. They can do just about anything but specialize in tires brakes etc, great place to take trailers as well. They have always done it right the first time and are priced fairly for the work involved. Yeah, you might be able to find a cheaper price on a tire from a chain dealer, but you won't get be service and expertise and the cost is not really much at all if anything.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! They are overpriced and undereducated. I feel like they tried to take advantage of the fact that both mine and my husband's vehicles had issues within a couple of days. After a week without our vehicles we had them towed from Plano Tire Company to Allen Car Care Center, where we had much better service.

Very honest and nice guys! The low pressure tire light was on. They kindly checked it out for me. Turns out that the guys at the last place put too much air in the tires causing the pressure indicator light to go off. I thought I had a slow leak. But, I did not. They quickly adjusted the tires to the correct pressure and I was on my way. Honest, kind and fast. They will definitely get all of our business now. Thanks!

I recently moved to Plano from Fort Worth and needed a mechanic in the area to take a look at my car (check engine light). I was told that I needed two O2 sensors and two catalytic converters that was going to cost me $1,500 so I let them know that I was going to need a few days to think about dropping that much money. When I got back to the shop I was charged $103 for this information, definitely would've been nice to know about this bill beforehand. When I addressed the fact that I wasn't informed of a charge for them to take a look at my car I was told "nobody works for free
