I recently had the miss pleasure of working with Rosie and her team. Not only did they misrepresent the other offers they "had", they went into contract and continued to negotiate. I offered more then and my offer was not presented to the seller resulting in them getting much less for the listing. If I were the seller I would be very upset. I could speculate that maybe they helped out a friend who wanted a deal or just did not want to do the extra work. 20 k for the seller is only 300 extra in her pocket.
It's a shame the market is so hot, because people like her can continue

Rosie Rourke's team helped me sell my old house and buy my new house. I dealt most often with Rosie, Colleen and Sandie, but the entire team was used for my transactions. They were excellent in every way, communication was great, and having a whole team working my houses meant constant responsiveness. Here are some example details of what they did for me:

I am disappointed to say my experience was poor. Maybe beccause I was the buyer in the deal and not her client. When it was discovered that a document submitted was actually a service from 9 months previous, she refused to correct it. Her remark was to say sue us. I expected better from a professional. I thought there was a code of conduct for realtors. You forgot, Rosie, today's buyer may be tomorrow's client. May your lack of moral ethics catch up with you sooner rather than later.

Is there a 10 star rating on Yelp?! I would give Rosie and her team at least that! I had the great pleasure of working with her in May/June 2013 to sell my home in Renton, WA....in 3 days! Bar none, she is downright exceptional. From start to finish - and beyond, she handled every detail, was always available to me for questions and updates, guided me through the process and left no detail unattended to. Absolutely phenomenal! Do not waste any more time hunting for agents to buy/sell your home. Rosie is the only game in town! Thanks Rosie!!! You are the best!!!
