Terrible customer service. Workers with terrible attitudes. I would not recommend anybody to go there again. I am a 19 year old kid and the worker just flat out disrespected me. Very out of pocket and one of the workers could tell he was. Dont have names. The white hair guy hurt my feelings with disrespect when other guy was just trying to help me.

They could not take even 5 minutes to simply test our alternator just to see if it was the problem so we could get the part and fix it ourselves. They were willing to leave people stranded out of state without the means to have a place to stay and charge us everything we had making sure that we wouldn't have made it home. Thank god for Midas

I had my suv towed with understanding diagnostics to be done 1st. for problem ...gota call of problem alongwith offer to change oil ( added pricing)...I was told need a hose replaced get suv running again ...Repairs & oil change & lite diagnostic(? of which I couldn't retrieve a copy(?)....Services done b4 lunchtime..Paid over $400 !! To retrieve my vehicle same day...THEN Returned to show HOT AIR from AIR CONDITION VENT !!..NEXT DAY...With dissatisfied attitude from (owner)? Got in my suv saying adjustment of vents & its a very hot day give a chance....ai was APPAULLED...To this day STILL HOT
