A few months ago I went to mcdougal to purchase an embroidery machine. I ended up paying through a payment plan so that I can own the machine. Fast forward to now and I went to get a refund because I no longer was able to pay so I wanted to stop payments get my refund (minus 20%). The store employee said that they do not give out refunds only store credit. In the beginning when I signed the contract I was not aware of that. What sense does it make to have to store credit for mcdogual only?!!!!! The whole point of a refund is that I don't want to purchase anything else. It has been so difficult

Today, Sunday 09/17/2017 we were visiting Houston for a weekend to help out friends and their family lost every thing during Harvey flooded. We stopped by JoAnn fabrics on 16626 SW Frwy. Sugar land, Tx 77479 and want to purchase a sewing machine for the friend's family. Inside JoAnn has a area to display and sale sewing machines. While we were looking and my 6 year old daughter stand next to the display boxes. Everybody is so friendly and is willing to help and has a smile on their face. They have nice products that don't cost a fortune!! They will service your sewing machine (I have mine in for service right now) and they give you lots of tips! They have a nice cozy building; small and quaint but is so fun for the sewing addicts! Wonderful place!
