Sewing Machine Warehouse

I went to the Warehouse looking for a Mid-Arm. Everyone at the shop was kind and helpful. Pam was my salesperson and explained to me all the different machines that they had. She arranged financing for me.
There were some inconveniences with the Warehouse getting my machine from the manufacturer that was out of the control of the personnel at the store. Nonetheless Shanena moved heaven and earth to get my machine delivered and installed.
Ken showed up to set-up my machine early. He made some suggestions on the location my Mid-arm was going to be set-up at which were an improvement on my original

I received an older hand-me down Viking serger that I could thread for the life of me. The lady who took the time to figure it out and then teach me went above and beyond. I am so happy I was referred to your store. I’ll be a customer for life!

I went in to ask about servicing my old sewing machine. Brenda showed me some of the newer machines in stock and what they could do. I decided that it was time to upgrade. I traded in my old machine and bought a Janome Skyline 6. Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions even though the store was about to close. I would definitely recommend the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. Will be going back soon to look at fabric. My new machine also comes with a one hour tutorial. That will be quite helpful.

I recently had to have my Brother sewing machine cleaned and serviced. The staff was very helpful in making suggestions for cleaning and service in the future. I also was given a demonstration on a new Brother machine that I had inquired about. The staff was very knowledgeable and I did buy a new Brother complete with a date for a personal one-on-one class to learn about the new machine. I am more than pleased with their service.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. The selection is huge and the staff is very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to purchase and all my questions were thoroughly answered. I am ecstatic with my new machine and feel reassured knowing that if I have any problems or questions, I have a local place to go for help. Also - they have a fantastic fabric selection right in store!

I have purchased several sewing machines from The Sewing & Vaccuum Warehouse on Hwy 249 and it's been a great experience. They very are knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to shop there.

The Conroe location is my go-to store for designer name quality fabric. The entire staff is experienced and knowledgable, and FUN! They also have a great sewing machine repair department. Their store hours are good for people like myself who are employed. Janice is very helpful and always enjoys seeing what you are making. We are lucky to have this location for us in Conroe.

These sewing machines are getting smarter. They can auto thread and cut. So I made my mind up to learn. I just purchased my first sewing machine at the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse during the covid and was very impressed by the customer service and the many choices of machines. They even beat other online retailers prices. Please support this local Houston businesses.

I've purchased yet another sewing machine at the 249 store and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. If you are in the market for a new machine, or if you need accessories or service, you should absolutely stop into the store. The staff is fantastic and so willing to help. The machine tech manager, Paul, is great. I had a couple of problems with my larger Janome machine and he has always been so quick to have a look at my machine and get the issue resolved so I could get bak to sewing ASAP. Joseph, Lauren and Brenda are top-notch and great to work with! I love that I can always pop in with
