I have a son that was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and has a father who has diabetes and gave him the lectur. I guess Dr. Spurlin thought because I'm black that I was a single parent. My son is on the Spectrum and had nightmares about Dr. Spurlin drilling him on what he heard approximately 6 times from the medical doctors in our family. From my uncle, my niece, my sister and my father who are exceptional black surgeons and internists. News flash Dr. Spurlin scare tactics don't work on people with his super ability you just made the whole situation worse. Take a refresher course in psychology

Dr.Spurling and his staff (Especially his PA Victoria) are amazing. They're so quick and concise and very friendly. One of my biggest pet peeves is waiting and waiting. Each time I visit I wait no longer than 5 minutes. Victoria tells me if I ever get a huge pimple again to call anytime and they'll take care of it with an injection. They live up to what they say. Each time I get pimple they squeeze me in rather than me squeezing my pimple.

Dr. Dupati is the best out there! He listens to you, is very knowledgeable and professional. I've also been to other doctors in the office and they are just as kind and focused on getting the result you want. Dr. Dupati is a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Dupati. Dr. Spurlin and his staff are top notch, best of the best. I have had some skin tag issues for years as well as some other mole/wart type things going on and was always afraid to go get them removed.

Dr. David and his team are incredibly kind, patient, informative and professional. Each visit and call was very educational, and I felt comfortable asking even the "silly" questions. Every single time I come here I wait a ridiculous amount of time. I'm in the room now and it's been one hour and still haven't seen the Doctor. So many people waiting in the waiting room when I showed up at my appt time. He must triple book clients just to make money and make everyone wait so he can make more money. Unfortunate. I will not be back, nor will the rest of my family of 5.

I saw Dr Spurlin yesterday for the very first time. He was very professional, made me feel very at ease and took the time to explain things. His assistant, Tara, was wonderful as was the entire staff! I felt very welcome and comfortable from the time I walked in the door. I was so happy with Dr Spurlin and his staff that I immediately (after my visit) called my internist who had referred me to him, to let her know what a great experience I had. One star for the terrible waste of time this office put me through. They recommended I take accutane even though I didn't need it and it made absolutely no difference for six months. Really messed with my vitals - gave me high cholesterol. Requires you to get bloodwork monthly and visit monthly just so they can collect.
Additionally, I went in to the office ten days before my wedding under stress because my skin was displaying new issues. Dr. Spurlin did not have the patience to deal with a stressed out bride so he walked out in the middle of my 5 minutes with him. Then he made it a point

Dr. Spurlin is such a rude and belittling dermatologist. I tried to tell him about a cut inside my nose that was concerning me and despite the P.A. trying to show him where it was all he could say is that "it was above his pay grade" and said that he couldn't find it. The nurse had to confirm to me after he left that she had seen it even though he could not and that it wasn't just all in my head.

At first I liked him, but after my last visit I'll never go again. His attitude is TERRIBLE!!! And he felt as if he could speak to me any type of way, which is not the case. Doctor or not, you need to have respect for one and their concerns. He told me I can go to a dermatologist because he had a funky little attitude and I'll do just that.

Went for a worrisome spot on the side of my nose and faced up with dealing with cancer. Created appointment and arrived as the first patient in the morning. Was greeted by nursing staff, as well as the doctor. They spent the time to make me feel comfortable and then performed the biopsy which was accomplished efficiently and painlessly. The biopsy site healed quickly with no scarring. I then received word the tissue was not cancerous. Throughout the process the office continued to care providing the results and treating me as an individual. I could not ask for better service. Thanks Pinnacle

Dr. Spurlin removed a nickel sized pre cancer on my face that I had treated by other dermatologists every year for TEN years. It had always returned. (I did not want to use the Chemo cream because of my skin allergies. ). He is Entirely professional, and even if he wasn't... Who cares? He got rid of it. Go to your doctor to get cured, not to find a new BFF.

When Jennifer was a PA at this location, she listened, understood, and would address the issues accordingly. Recently, with Dr. Kinsley, the office has lost their ability to listen and understand. Instead, they work in an illogical manner, and do not help address the situation of their patients. I will be moving offices after my recent poor experience.

I originally scheduled my appointment with Dr. Spurlin but had to reschedule and saw Dr. Kinsley. My pediatrician recommended this office. My son has eczema and I was hoping for a little bit more advice. The only question she asked is if we had pets. Nothing about diet, clothing, fabrics, detergents, etc, etc... She offered no real input and didn't really seem that interested. Just as I thought would happen - steroid cream and come back in a week. I was able to get an appointment with little lead time and get in right away. The doctor and his staff were all super amazing and friendly. Everyone there really seemed to care about you as a patient. I went in for an outbreak of perioral dermatitis and could not have been happier with my treatment. I would recommend Dr. Spurlin any day. And if I lived here, he would be my resident dermatologist!
