I saw APN Hicks. I told her about all the dry spots all over my arms, face and legs. I also told her that I've been on all the pills, creams, steroids, and ointments and nothing has worked. He said that it was eczema and prescribed 2 creams....that I've been on before and they didn't work. She didn't ask what I have been on or what I have tried in the past. So I get to start this all over again and pay for medicine that won't work. Kinda disappointed

Very little wait time. The office staff were very pleasant and doctor performed a full body exam. I was told what was needed and they sent in the lady from billing. Things were great up until then. I planned on paying my bill in full when I made appointment. They said I needed a spot removed that was not cancerous but wanted it check anyways and that I MIGHT get a bill from pathology, but it wouldn't be over $20. My bill ended up being $76. They shouldn't comment on other office bills if they don't know the price!! I agreed to everything and then the nurse came in and cut my spot off, not the doctor

The doctors are clear professionals who clearly care about their patients individually. They make a point of remembering who you and knowing you. Their entire staff is extensively knowledgeable on every aspect of skin health and skin care. I continue to be impressed with how the doctors are price sensitive and look for ways to get their patients the best medication and the most affordable price - not a quality that all doctors share! Great wait time. Lovely building.
