If other treatments don't relieve your foot or ankle pain, that doesn't mean you have to suffer through a painful and complicated surgical procedure. The doctor is great, but I met the worst billing system ever. I switched jobs, so I have two insurance cards. Regardless how many times I told them, they just tried to use the old one.
Following up (9/1/2021), I will work with them to get this resolved. If it turns out good, I will bump up the stars.

Very good and friendly people. Dr. Robertson seems very nice. It was my first visit and I am expecting orthotics. My feet were scanned and they will make molds from them and produce an orthotic product for me specific. I am very excited and will review the final results once I receive them and use them for a month. The office made sure to reach out to my insurance to cover costs for the office appointment even though I am private pay for the orthotics due to not having diabetes. I really appreciated that and I look forward to my custom orthotics.
