I needed my side mirror replaced so I brought my car into I-17 Collision. After seeing the car in person they realized that they could use some of the existing parts, which saved me $150 off the estimate I had agreed to! I really appreciate a business who puts integrity ahead of profit by making sure the customer gets the best deal possible. If you want a body shop you can trust to do honest and high quality work, you should call I-17 Collision.

UPDATE: After about 6 months, I noticed the right side rocker panel "appeared" to be coming loose, same area they worked on in December. I called Rosie and she set me up to have it looked at since it was still under warranty. Low and behold I met with the owner, Kevin Rowe, and he had his guys take a quick look. Long story short, the panel itself was permanently warped from being heated during the first fix (and not really that noticeable), so he offered to replace the entire panel, paint and all, for no charge. I was somewhat taken back by the generous offer but he insisted on making

I brought my Nissan Maxima to I-17 Collision a few years ago when it was damaged and unfortunately had someone key the entire side of my Dodge Ram recently. I can always count on I-17 Collision to go above and beyond. Truck looks amazing and they even detailed the interior when I picked it up. I will always refer family and friends to I-17, the experience was great!

Woman at desk was rude, unfriendly.
Technician brought car around, "noticed" tire pressure light was on, took car back to shop for 30 minutes only to tell us pressure is good- just drive until tire pressure light goes off. The light was not on when I finally got in the car. Not sure what that was about.
The repair had nothing to do with tires. Would never refer!!!

Had some work done on my Nissan Altima. We worked directly with Josh who provided the most wonderful customer service (really liked that he was bilingual). Josh was able to communicate with my mom in Spanish and explain all the details of the process that I didn't understand do to my lack of car knowledge. My car was ready in a timely manner and it honestly looked brand new due to the wonderful work that was done by I-17 Collision. I feel very thankful and for sure will bring my business back when needed. Thank you I-17 Collision and Josh as well.

Took my rare SUV here for an estimate on a simple fender repair, but with damage to steering and alignment. The estimator was ignorant to the fact that extensive damage was caused to very serious components and did not include those in the quote. Even a rough estimate on at least the larger components would've been very helpful.
AAA recommends this place, which is probably just a licensing deal. So don't take that into account when looking for a shop.
This place might be okay for everyday cars, but nothing exotic!

I recently had the fender from my new Golf R fixed and it looks like brand new! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs car work done! This place was amazing. I had bumper damage to my car, and they were able to fix it all without even replacing the bumper it self. When I got my car back, I was shocked. It looked better than before my accident! They even touched up a bit of the paint that was not caused by the accident because they were already in that area. That is the sign of a great company that really goes the extra mile.
The technician, Josh, told me it would be about 4 days and that my car I dropped off Monday would be ready hopefully by Friday. It was ready on WEDNESDAY! Wow! Fast service with a smile.
