Worst experience ever! -5
We had agreed to a restoration on my 300ZX. I believe the original timeline was three months. Constant excuses, dates missed, lies about schedule, BS about work done, I'm not sure why Dave Paul Coggeshall even agreed to do the job. After about a year I had to drive my car away in worse shape than I dropped it off. This guy attempted to give me a loaner car with tires that had the wires showing through and about to blow out, he had to have it towed away from my home.

Hands down best experience I've ever had when it comes to anything automotive. Was involved in a hit and run and the other driver wasn't identified, so it was all on me and my insurance. I had anticipated a huge hassle with paperwork and phone calls trying to coordinate between the insurance and body shop, but nope! After filing the claim, Paul and his team took care of everything from there! I got regular updates throughout the process and everything was explained to me clearly and professionally. I had never gone through the collision/insurance process and was ready to feel confused throughout

I took my 2013 Camry in today for an oil change and inspection of brakes belts fluids. The mechanics and owner were very knowledgeable and informative. My vehicle was ready in about 20 min. Great service great job.

Awesome service from guys that know what they're doing. 4 accidents so far and they made my cars look brand new everytime. Sorry don't have any afterwards pictures.

Instantly felt like I was working with family here. They gave me a much better price than 2 other places I compared and the work was excellent. Even though there was a small issue they were eager to take care of it and always seemed to enjoy interacting with me. My water pump went out on my car and I was stuck on the side of the road. I called PCC Collision and I told them where my car was located and they told me not to worry and that they would take care of everything. They had my car towed to there shop where they fixed it. Paul and Nira let me know that my tires needed to replace. They replaced my tires and fixed my car. Customer service is above and beyond. Having small kids and feeling safe in your car is the top priority...! Thank you Paul and Nira for everything you do. I would highly recommend your shop to everyone.

After being in a pretty serious car wreck (airbags deployed), I was recommended by a friend to try PCC Collision! Paul and the guys there were very communicative, helpful and informative through the whole process. I was able to get my car towed there, they signed for it, and got to work.

As a woman, with little experience in the mechanic space, I also felt informed, educated and treated with respect. Paul was able to work with my insurance & adjusters directly, he did double checks before handing the car off and was able to get the insurance to cover more than I expected!

Seriously great experience! Walked into a shop with three sweet dogs. Talked over what was going on with my bumper and he looked it over and make great suggestions. Very glad to feel like I can go high speeds again without feeling pieces of my Camry flapping around. Thanks so much for putting me at ease and helping so quickly! Will use your services again!

I have referred a multitude of friends and family to Paul and his team for collision repair and auto modifications. I am all about quality and communication. That is what you get when you go to PCC. I will admit when trying to get my rims powder coated the way i wanted on my truck. It took 3 attempts and Paul would not let me settle if i wasn't happy. That is real customer service and someone who takes pride in his work. Couldn't be happier with my continued experience with PCC.

Paul is such a nice person. He fixed my dent and painted my panel for a nice price. Unfortunately, after the painting work, we discovered that someone has done painting work for my car before I own it. But they didn't do it right, the color doesn't match well, which makes a difficult situation for Paul. He has to find the balance between the factory color and the aftermarket color at the same time. The first time he showed me the result, I wasn't happy about it, and Paul took it back, repaint it for free. High recommend this place for anyone.

I am a mom in Maryland and my son is in Tempe. As any concerned mom you want to make sure your kids are safe. I can not thank Paul and the crew at PCC enough for making sure the car was safe for my son to drive and the amazing job they did. Despite a three hour time difference Paul was in constant contact with me through each step of the process. I highly recommend these guy.

Paul and the crew at PCC Collision have been amazing throughout this crappy process of having a car accident and dealing with insurance.
He was friendly and reassuring through the whole process. When his estimate was grossly different than the insurance adjuster he insisted I send him that estimate (which was significantly less than his) and the adjuster's phone number so he can make him come back to take a good look at the car.
And when my insurance denied my claim completely (what do I pay them for anyway) Paul was very gracious with what I owed him for all of his troubles.

This is the 3rd car I have had Paul repaired for me and him and his team are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with repairs. Every time I have contacted Paul he has been very honest and will not repair anything that isn't necessary. He had my car fully ready for the appraiser to look at and even pointed out items the appraiser didn't see. I feel confident bringing my car to him and know that I will not be jacked around. He will always be my car repair man! Thank you!!!!

Paul and the team at PCC are amazing. They were great about communicating with me, helping with insurance and car rental, and of course the work itself was top-notch. My SUV looks brand-new after they repaired damage caused to it by scraping the side against a parking garage. I have already recommended them to friends and will definitely be back!

This is the best car repair center that I've been to thus far in Arizona. The center is very honest with the estimates it provides unlike most places that try to overcharge. The company was so transparent with their price breakdown (and how they even offered to help call other places for a cheaper replacement) and this really made me comfortable as a customer.

Paul is very friendly, does great work, and reasonably priced. Plus he was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I came by on a Saturday and asked for a quote on a dent in my car, and he helped me right away. He also fixed a horrible rattle that was in the back gate of my Jeep and overall I really appreciated the service! I'll be back.

This is hands down the best shop to take your car for anything it needs! My Audi S5 was wrecked very bad from the quarter panel/bumper/wheels/exhaust and more. With owning an Audi and being very picky on where i take it as well as pricing it is hard to have both, all while having quality work done to the car. Right when i picked up my car, which was done in an efficient timely manner, it was like i picked it straight from the lot!!!! Not only was it fixed to perfection but Paul even went out of his way to wash it and make it look spotless!!! Paul and PCC Collision has gained a lifetime customer

Paul and the whole crew at PCC Collision are amazing! I've dealt with many mechanics and none were as thorough in their work and kind as the people at this shop. As a female, I've dealt with a lot of shops trying to rip me off, but Paul made sure that I even saved money. They got me in right away and kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time. He even checked the next day to make sure I was happy with the work after I left. My Jeep looks good as new! The paint matches perfectly and you can tell it's really quality work. Paul did a lot of work for me on my Civic Si. The finish date had to be extended because the damage on my car turned out to be more than we thought, but over all PCC did a great job. He kept communication, and even sent me pictures to keep me updated. I will definitely do business here again.
