Very pleased with the service at Kirkwood Auto Center. You can count on them to be punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and competitively priced. Nice waiting area with WiFi and TV. Kirkwood Auto did a fabulous job working with me on getting our Jeep ready for inspection. It was an ordeal with DMV but thankfully the guys at Kirkwood Auto understood my dilemma and got me through it!

I have been a Kirkwood Auto customer since I moved to Delaware in 2010. The team is very helpful and accommodative of any time sensitive repairs. They keep us informed of any upcoming recommended maintenance so it can be planned, but don't push for it to be done right away or done with them. The first time I walked through the doors in 2010 as a new resident to Delaware - they were very welcoming, gave me some pointers of good places when I asked. Recommended an old customer as I’m for the most part no longer working on cars. The vehicle had fault codes for a bank 1 lean condition and secondary air issues. He needed the vehicle to pass Delaware inspection. The diag invoice stated that the technician road tested the vehicle, and monitored fuel trims. Claims they were in spec. They were not. They quickly moved past that issue without even giving a reason for the fault code and quickly moved to the secondary air issue. A competent tech would know the early fords generally set CAT and Secondary Air last and that if they just simply fixed the

I have a Hybrid and it was extremely hard to find a place that would accommodate my vehicle period. I spoke with Sam and right off bat he was helpful,polite and promptly got me in for an appointment. What I THOUGHT was wrong was not the issue and the alternative was so much less expensive than I expected.They called before any work was done and the turn around time was great. I think Kirkwood Auto is excellent! I felt compelled to write a review because unfortunately I recently blew a tire and bent my rim. I was on the side of the road by myself. They were the first place I called. They were helpful and patient. Told me to check my insurance to see if towing was covered (it was). I then got safely home because Kirkwood Auto offers a shuttle service. They got back to me quickly too about the damage. Overall, it’s just that every time I’ve dealt with them I’ve gotten honesty, good service, and fair prices.

I take my vehicles to Kirkwood Automotive for all of my car care needs, as do my children. They are able to schedule all of my maintenance items within the time that I have available. They let me know if I need to be thinking about other repairs moving forward so that I can prepare for the larger items. They are super friendly and polite. My service advisor, Sam Bell, is fabulous! He gets me prices when I ask, calls to let me know when my car is ready for pick up and I trust him 100%. The waiting area is clean and kid friendly! I recommend Kirkwood Automotive to EVERYONE I know. Do yourself a favor
