I went to them with my fro out, only black dude on the premises and didnt feel uncomfortable at all. They offered me access to their coffee machine and even turned the tv on for me. Mike handled the entire process with Carmax and getting me a rental for the week. Very professional and very friendly.

I found my new mechanic! This was my first time taking my truck to Newport Auto but they treated me like I’d been going there for years.
Jeff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem and found two Evap leaks. The repairs were made the same day for a reasonable cost. It’s easy to pay a repair bill when you know you didn’t get taken advantage of. Thanks for the outstanding communication and customer service!

Who ever says they are thrilled with getting their car repaired? I can truly say I am thrilled with Newport Auto Center. My check engine light was on and after trying to get an appointment with other centers I was frustrated that no one could look at my car for at least a week. I found this center online and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I expected a call saying It was impossible or a mistake. What I did get was a pleasant email from Mike, the owner, saying he looked forward to seeing me. I decided to use the night drop box and hope for the best. Mike emailed me back the next
