I used this company to do payroll for my hair salon in La Jolla. Then the pandemic hit. So I called them to let them know that we need to pause service because they were still charging my account even when we were not processing payroll. When the salon was closed due to the shutdown. So I called them and told them that our business is not even open so there is no payroll. But they said the fee is there as long as our account is still active.
So I told them to deactivate my account.

The software couldn't handle more than one pay rate per employee????
They are suppose to be geared to contractors It caused ALOT of extra handwork in order for us to be compliant for a public works reporting job. We weren't even offered a credit or refund for the mistakes
I cancelled in January however the person I spoke to did not tell me I needed to fill out a form. Spoke with them (Megan and Melissa) and sent in the form in June
Unfortunately I found a $25 withdraw on my bank statement yesterday while reconciling QB This was basically the last straw. Now it's going to cost

I started using Pay Net when I was a Controller for a big box storage company. When I eventually opened my own business, I naturally called PayNet. I love the personal attention, unlike the big payroll companies who call you night and day, hounding you for business, then forget about you after you sign up with them., Paynet delivers! They make payroll a breeze. I used their online self directed system and I loved it! Thanks Pay Net. Their prices are much better than those bigger companies, and Paynet has better customer service.

I finally got utterly fed up with Paychex and their ridiculously user unfriendly website, and having to call a rep with payroll, and decided to go with a local company where I could input the payroll myself. I considered a few companies, and decided the most important element was their website - how easy it would be for me to use. I liked Pay-Net's website much more than that of their competitor that I was considering, and their prices were bit lower. It has been a bit of a learning curve for me to learn the website (expected) but the people at Pay-Net have been incredibly helpful and kind

I was so excited to see I could actually review this company! They have absolutely the best service around! They answer their phones with real people, they answer emails quickly, they SOLVE problems, and their software interface is so easy to use! I would recommend this payroll service to anyone! Their prices are right- I don't think I've had a price increase in years- and they are so customer oriented!
