I met Elena through the local east county business community several years ago. Last year I was happy to call her when my business finally grew to the point of needing payroll service. She was very accommodating to my situation and if there has ever been a problem she worked to correct it immediately. She has also been very understanding when I have created problems for myself! I really appreciate her service because she understands how it is to be a small business, as opposed to some of the mainstream payroll service providers who are only geared/priced to handle larger established businesses

We are a local San Diego business that came across a large project with a school district which required us to utilize a certified payroll service. We do not normally have this type of requirement but, after shopping around a little, we called United Payroll and got in touch with Elena Ruiz. Elena is very quick and helpful! She jumped right in and helped me get my payroll up and running. I was a bit late submitting hours after hiring my first employees and she worked late to ensure I would have them done....then even offered to deliver the checks to me the next day!
